We are currently in the process of moving our offices to New York City, so things are quite hectic at the label. From this point on, we expect to have weekly updates up on this site, about our acts and other exciting projects we are working on. First and foremost, we have to congratulate Katie Coyle, who this past Sunday at the fifth Chaos Awards, walked away with two awards to her name, winning Best Female artist and Best Live Act. In addition, adding more notches to her belt, Liberation Records very own Stephanie Fierce, won Best Single for "Back to Fierce", as well as the prestigious Icon Award. Miss Fierce also rocked the stage with a fantastic performance later in the night. We are all about the music here in Liberation/Nomad Records, so we won't be discussing any incident of a bitch slap or any other form of slapping. Album Releases VANITY's Good Mourning was released April 2nd, and is available everywhere now. If for some reason you haven't picked up a copy yet, visit Vanity's official site to hear the entire album. We can now officially say that Vanity is back. Katie Coyle returns with her sophomore album, Open Hearts, Closed Minds and Panic Attacks. The 19-year old singer-songwriter, is currently releasing each song online for streaming, before it's April 7th release date. Tour News To promote her new album, Katie Coyle has just hit the road this week, on a spectacular 58-date, co-headlining tour across Asia and Australasia. Joined by Nadia Berry, the two will be touring through July 25th. In touring news just announced mere hours ago, Vanity has announced a record breaking, 20-date residency at London's O2 Arena. These are only the first dates announced from her Good Mourning Tour as of now, with more expected to be added at a later time. More details can be found on Vanity's official website.

Now that we are officially set up, we can announce our newest signing. Little by little, inch by inch, we continue to grow as a record label. It is only appropriate that our newest signing has just launched her career. Serenity Scott has joined Liberation Records. The 23 year old singer-songwriter, by way of Los Angeles, California, makes a colorful brand of pop-rock music. Liberation/Nomad Records newly appointed Chief Operating Officer, Jason Fairweather, had the following to say about the label's newest signing: "We feel that Serenity Scott was a right signing for us at this point, because we needed an artist who had no previous discography. We have some amazing artists signed to the label, pop legends like Vanity and Stephanie Fierce, but we also want to be known as a label that builds careers from the ground up. Serenity Scott has all the tools to be very successful in this business, and you can bet all your chips that we will mold her and get her to that next step. She's a talented young woman and above all she has drive to want to make it in this industry, which I admire. We predict that by year's end Serenity Scott is going to be a known name in the music industry." We look forward to hear the music Serenity can create with the proper backing behind her.
