Katie keeps her head down in his shoulder. She heard him say that she was beautiful. She had never heard Hayden say that about anyone, but twice in the same day he had said it to her. She ignored it and lifted her head eventually. "Thank you. I know I'm just a hassle Hay, but I appreciate you being there for me. It means a lot to have a friend I can talk to, and tell everything. You know..like we can just be honest with each other?" She smiles weakly. "Yeah..I think we both need a drink," she says, looking at him.

Katie stares at him. "Then be honest. What was wrong at the hotel earlier. And don't tell me nothing . You said we can be honest." She takes another drink. "Ummm yeah....I suppose. Though with a swollen face I might look nothing like my passport."

Katie stares at Hayden for a while, unblinking, before she nods. "OK then..." she says, letting him know that she doesn't believe him. "Just know that you can tell me anything."
She touches her face. "Really? It feels all swollen up."

Katie nods a little and then decides to let it go. When he turns around, she shakes her head. Then she smiles. "Ok...let's go. Where can I get a cab? I dunno where my hotel is."

Katie shrugs. "I don't know. The limo driver knew it all....and then when Cassie left I just jumped in a cab and came here."

Katie shrugs and nods. "What about you? Where is your hotel?"

She chuckles. "Oh right. I forgot yeah." She shakes her head. "I don't know. Don't you know any nice hotels around here?"

Katie stands up and grabs her jacket. "That sounds cool yeah. Thank you Hayden. It means a lot to me tonight to have a friend around."

Katie climbs into the cab and sits down. She shivers a little. "It's kinda cold in here," she chuckles.

Katie smiles and then leans back, joking. "Oh Hayden Merjos you're so romantic," she smiles, before looking out of the window.
