When talking with Sway of MTV News about the track, Tisha stated… Well, I’ll start off by saying. “Fiercest One In Town” will be the official next single off Reveal, Revealing, Revealed. And there will be a video for it. But “Fiercest One In Town” is one of the most fiery, comedic, hottest records that I’ve ever written and produced. And people will make their assumptions of who they think it’s about, but it’s really talking a lot of people who can talk the talk but I want to see you walk the walk, because I’ve yet to see it. And I know I not only talk the talk and walk the walk, but you insist you can as well, so show me! Show us. Everyone will know fully and have a full understanding on what the track is about when it debuts, which will be in the upcoming weeks. However, a bit of controversy arose regarding the track and who it is about. The song debut at No.5 on the Top 20 Digital Songs Chart. This week it’s position raised to No.4. Tisha Jackson promised her fans a video to accompany the song, and today she honored that promise. Today July 16th began the video shoot for “Fiercest One In Town”. Day One of The shoot took place in Miami, Florida. Tisha Jackson will serve as director of the video along with her long time collaborator Paul Hunter. This is the second video in which Tisha has sat in the director’s chair. Her first being “Curtain Call”. Day One of the video shoot was shot in a studio in Miami, Florida and also in Miami Beach. Tisha Jackson has released the official video stills of her on set. From what is seen the video seems very gritty and dark. Shooting will continue throughout this week. Day Two of shooting will continue Tomorrow in Miami and Day Three in the Arizona, where Tisha will be filming in the desert. Tisha Jackson has finally finished shooting the music video for "Fiercest One In Town". Filming wrapped up today in Arizona. Tisha who also serve's as co-director of the video and director, Paul Hunter, have now begun the editing process. Tisha took to twitter to confirm. It is no secret that Tisha Jackson is Mariah Carey's biggest fan. She has made it well known that she has loved her since she was a girl. Today is Mariah's (as she calls it) Anniversary. So Tisha decided to pay tribute to her fave by writing an open letter to her. Happy Anniversary Mariah! To Mariah, I love you so much it's hard for me to express it with words. I have always looked up to my mother, but as for a woman that I saw on television, you were HER FOR ME! Just seeing you and having my breath taken away from me as I watched you strut in the 'Honey' video when I was eight, made me realize I wanted to be an entertainer. To see a woman call all her own shots, not only writing her own music but producing it as well made me want to do this.
