Katie shakes her head. "I don't want them to do that though. This is a thing you and I are trying out together, Hayden. I want my friends to be able to see that and support us. Obviously if they don't then that doesn't make a difference. But I would love them to try."

She smiles at him.

Katie smiles when he holds her hand, and she gives it a little squeeze. "Awww that's sweet Hayden, I just want people to be happy for us, you know?" She smiles again.

Katie looks down at her hand in Hayden's with a wide smile. "You're right Hayden. It should be primarily about us being happy before we think about what anyone else will say."

Katie smiles and then looks slightly concerned. "Not really," she says. "All I know is that we worked out our differences. All the hard feelings went away and you were there for me." She smiles. "Now...well now I like you and you like me. That's the only thing I notice. Why? Is it weird to you?"

Katie shakes her head. "I might have hurt some people, but I wouldn't play with emotions like that ever. I do like you. For real." She squeezes his hand. "Are you happy it feels real?"

Katie looks at him. "You're the guy who comes out to Japan when a girl feels low to help cheer her up. You're the guy who talks to me whenever I need you because I'm upset or sad. You're a wonderful guy." She smiles. "And you're pretty great looking too," she giggles. "I normally hide the fact that I find guys attractive too. No more though."

Katie grips onto his hand. "Well I appreciate everything that you have done for me. You were one of the few who took the time to look beyond all of the problems I had, and actually find Katie in among it all, and I'll always be thankful for that. Maybe one day I can repay you for it. I hope." She chuckles. "Yeah. I definitely find less men attractive than I do women. Buuut, you Mr Merjos, are on top of that list." She grins. "The Suzie thing...that was a mistake. She's....fake...." Katie sighs. She puts her head against his shoulder, still holding his hand.

Katie smiles. "Yeah it is." She sighs contentedly. "There should be good food on here. On the way over I had a good meal."

She laughs and hits his shoulder playfully. "Noooo I meant when I flew to America for the awards, silly! Not just now. I think you would have seen me eat."

Katie sits back in her seat with her feet up. "What do you mean it's not as bad as when you and Izzy eat?" She sighs. "I'm so relaxed right now." She kicks her shoes off and giggles.
