The new single from homosexual vocalist and songwriter, Lelannd Blackwell has teamed up with one of pop's leading ladies, Giselle for her leading single from him new album, " Free Young Brilliant" The Real Him. The song features crazy and outrages vocal talent from both of the musicians and arrangements of lyrics to explain Lelannd's love from a straight men when he was back in high school and actually the both falling in love with each other when he already was in love with his girlfriend. The yet bizzare and risky story that Lelannd often writes about his sex life, sexuality and romance with men and even his curiously back when he was in school. He has a lot of curiously about guys and that's where the " free" term comes in at with this album, he was a young boy surrounding around an very strict religious family and grew up around a lot of girls, falling in love with dancing and drag shows at an young age. He was inspired by glam and curiously, the wildness of sexuality and the taste of thrill with love. He never did think he was going to fall in love with a guy, or even be with an guy after his grandmother use to force Lelannd to go church because she felt he was making a wrong turn in his life. When music was an escape to Lelannd, he started to write and perform his wonders of how sexuality and love with men worked.. his curiously became wild when he was around 13 when he started to experience with boys and use boys and his curiously for his music and songwriting. He wanted to fall in love with a boy only to see how it felt and for his creativity of his music. Boys and high school was one thing but all the stories that Lelannd got involved with was other.. why was he going to share his experiences with the world? This track that features bass and R&B futuristic sounds that has a little inspired by Giselle music mind and inspired by Micheal Jackson fresh sound of pop. The soft, but smooth unique structured instrumental comes in well at the seconds of lift-out with Lelannd vocals being soft, but powerful like the R&B star, Maxwell and his stunning range like Case. His powerful, but moving vocalist isn't the main structure of such an memorable song. He takes you on a ride on the lyrics, an short, but revealing story on how Lelannd fall in love with a straight men when he was already in love with a girl. He takes on tragedy, heartbreak, but loving the feeling of betrayal with him. Having to be something you are not around the right crowds of people, he loves the fact he took away a boy away from such an stunning young woman. His soul and passion shows the innocent, but the worry in his vocals on the fear of him leaving Lelannd for a girl, that the love isn't forever because of the sexuality. During the chorus, he shows his stronger falsetto skills when Giselle beautiful alto voice is harmazing with Lelannd's creating the buildup to Giselle's epic verse and her signature strong songwriting skills of dance and pop music, he flow of her lyrics works well with the song as both of the vocalist seems to tell the story on their point of view of Giselle losing her love of her life to a man... something that is not normal in this society. The vocals bend in well together and even during the bridge, the adlibs and the riffs and runs of the two becomes the chilling part of the climax of the song. They both lost the love of their love, after fighting for him.. they put on strength, courage and yet fear into something that both already lost, it shows musically and vocally out thought the song as the instrumental takes you on to another level, something music haven't even heard before. Giselle adds her attuide, her tears, her fear into the track with the adlibs vocals, but also adds curiously on her part, questioning her boyfriends sexuality. What will it be? her or him? love or sex? or revenge and sorrow? It's alls adds here to the revealing first part of Lelannd's love twist stories on THE REAL HIM. The track is unique. At the end, an soft dance mix is heard with electronica guiters and drum patterns, making the song even more hype near the bridges of the song where the bass is more tougher and hard to even listen when the track begins epic with sounds of sexual moans from guys and then sexual moans from girls and Lelannd and Giselle both crying at the end with one more save me long note, ending the song with an question of curiously as the dance beats fades.
