Lelannd was the boy who was made fun of and also loved by many of his peers growing up. His creative mind and also his inspiration and determination to be an entertainer questioned a lot of people because of his sexuality and his very aggestive music tastes towards society. Tell them how insane, beat and slayed you can be and want the audience to leave impressed and just shocked by the movement of the show and the nudeness, how free Lelannd looks on show and most of all, how the music takes you away and the lyric only set deeply into her mind of self motivated and being free, wild and brilliant with yourself no matter who you are, because when you be who you are, dress how you want and express yourself no matter what people or the world thinks, you are already the brilliant side of yourself that often reaches the full personality inside that creates uniqueness that no one will never understand or even deal with, but that's when life will seem free and your personality will be wild because of you love yourself so much, it doesn't matter. " I wanted to give my fans an visional of my music with all my work and albums and continue to show the growth in the music. I choose this picture because me I love older men, not so much older than me but I dated a lot of people in their early or mid 20's when I was 18. I didn't really want my love to be like I had to keep it an secret because I was young, or my thoughts or my nasty feeling or when my hormones got over the top for some so I wanted to open the album with something I like to call Legel.. that love that is Legel.. after you are an certain age or you are just okay with your life at that point, love becomes Legel.. it becomes you, free and mind-blowing for some. This picture describes an straight couple, being with each other forever even though they do all the wrong things in their relationship but still manages to stay strong and be loved.. and that's what I had.. this is what it is about. Love at it's worst, but best aspects." Vocals Lelannd always offers his best vocal range in most of his tracks to show his love for singing. I'm Legel features his more mixed voice between his chest and his high register alto voice that mixtures in with a strong soprano as well, going in and out of ranges but continues to stay on pitch and carry on strong and powerful notes but still keeps it tender and soft during the verses and picks up his ranges at the chorus and when he sings adlibs with strength and resonance, not letting the vocals getting out of control, but showing his pure voice at the bridge, taking it slow and singing it in a low range, register, singing strongly in his chest voice and at the end, carrying on a alto note that then speeds it adding an soft but confidence riff in the last chorus then ends the song with "oooooo" "aaahhh" singing in the back, with his head voice but takes it into a higher range of a falsetto during the chrous and also second verse he slows off his strongest aspect of his vocals of his falsetto and higher notes. He ends the track with his sexy but edgy style of singing with heavy breathing at the end. Sound These breakdowns will feature a lot of songs that will be mixtures of " sounds alike" that will make the track more unique and will have starting points on each side when he will go into a different pitch or sound on severel records on this album. He wanted to combine R&b and pop elements with this album but having fun at the same time, having different sounds and learning to write music to the sounds that will make an track just more fresh and unique, different for the listeners to listen too. This track is more of a slow but mixtures of some pop elements of more of a ballad type as he describes of his vocals being tender but very strong at the same time as the song processes on. Lelannd wanted to the instrumental to be just as tender and strong as his vocals, wanted it to go well with his vocals and the mixture of notes he sings but still keeps it r&b with elements of funk and classical music, making it one of memorable track with his devoting lyrics and singing. Sounds Like (From 0:00-2:21, Verses + Chorus 1,2): (2:21-5:10) starts at bridge, going into a more smoother version of the song as Lelannd voices is more soft and lower register then previously in the song. He gets more sexy and edgy at end of the song as it fades out, going instantly into the next song without any breaks or quietness. (2:33) Intro: The very vibed out track was recording meant to be an full song but Lelannd wanted to separate the first two tracks that wasn't his best lyrically and separate the hardcore tracks that will make this album memorable. This was just the masterpiece he wanted to go for. ;' Vocally: Staring off with a soft and calm vocals in the beginning but going into his high register of his voice, making the track a very sexy and smooth joint that Lelannd vocals then begins echos of the track, going in and out of the output of the background vocals but staying focused on his sweet and calm vocals, feeling the bass and the quiet drums that only adds the sensation and the passion in the lyrics and the passion in Lelannd vocals that starts to speed up in the short second verse that ends with a high clint of " OOOOOOOss" and then lifting off to another high register, making his notes sharp and easy, leaving the track off with his return to a radio effect cutting off and his continues high clients of alto high notes. Sound: The song is very calm but then makes it easy on the ears with the innocent bass and the echos of Lelannd voices surrounding the whole track with his approachable vocals and his breathing in the background, taking it calm, easy and affectionate as the sound continues to take you away with the guitar riffs and the drums that rumbling up during the hook but still continues being that urban styled, but Price influenced track that slows down any protools and effects to influence the real sound but pure voice and the pure sound that makes this album more realistic and real for his fans. I'm excited to keep on this breakdown of this album because I took so many elements of hip-hop and R&B music and mixed them in to make such an sharp urban sound for this album. From now on, this album is the wildness you will ever see or hear... Drop that fucking beat J!" Sound: We took so many elements and samples of any songs and just made it Lelannd's style of that urban and hip-hop sound of funk and dance, we wanted to create something that was very modern but very hip for the younger and even older generation of people, but still continued to show the growth in this album because this album Lelannd wanted to showcase his talent and his style to the industry because we felt like this isn't something no one has heard or even seen before from an male artist. He was very sure on what he wanted, something fun but unique, something that was fresh but original... and something that will be rememberable when Lelannd is a big pop star one day. He wanted to explain this album like it was war.. like it was something he couldn't lose.. when your first album is here as an artist, you want to win.. you want to show the fans, labels and just the industry period.. you deserve an spot... and he wanted to start off the real album.. the real moments after this track. The first three tracks was just an warm-up.. but this is epic. As a producer, I wanted to breakdown what we did regarding the sound. Breakdown: The bass and the sythns of the instrumental that are joined so powerful, but you can barely hear it in the background when a group of people are screaming: " we are wild and we dont give a fuck.. we are wild and we dont give a fuck" as this hip but very modest bass that is similar to how hip-hop and vibe music use to come together to make the backup instrumentals to a actual protools beat. He wanted something that people can just dance too, move around but still stayed focused on this powerful anthem that Lelannd had just an amazing time writing it. It fades and then goes into a more uptempo and we use this sample as the chrous, but now. We wanted hip but fresh and we came up with the sample of this but mixed in with some live drums. Chrous Breakdown: We love the chorus, it's the favorite part of the song. He wanted something so fun and wild and something that will get people hyped and like, " damn, this is so good.." get people excited to listen to the rest of the album. We wanted to give you all peace.. (laughs) quiet but still that young flavor that Lelannd still has, he is still a child at mind and loves to dance. He wanted urban.. but danceful type of R&B with his style of funk and pop to be mixed and mastered into the bass line samples we used and the live drums we produced. After the loud group of people screaming out the intro of the song, the chorus is in and it just a loud and energetic as the intro is. We gave you the craziness of Lelannd but he is more screaming, he is loud and very gay.. He uses his very high and femininity voice but we mixed in with a little auto-tune to give you that feeling of dance party, but also a save party to only have fun when you know you are save, just enjoy yourself. The chorus is like (Staring at :20-:31) After the chorus, during the verses it goes back into the hardcore bassline and drums that we mixed so perfectly together along with the " Blow Your Mind" patterns along with the beat that produced just as well balanced song that Lelannd played over and over until we got it right. I love the verses because its people in the background talking like a party, like they are at a party. It's so fun and wild.. it something that I loved as a producer because it was like a story. You even hear fights and music from Kanye West and Giselle playing in the background while Lelannd sings out in verses. He produced it and it put it together, during the bridge. It slows down similar to this (Starring at 2:23): and then returning to the group of people screaming, " we are wild and we dont give a fuck. we are wild and we dont give a fuck." to the chorus repeating severel times before the track ends, leaving off with a very funny and clever way of doing. Lelannd sings in a high alto voice, " if you dont got no money/take your broke ass home." It fades and then goes into the next track. Meaning: " We all love to party. I know I did and still do. YESSS honey and the gay parties. Mostly the boys were there for either blow jobs or sex and it got to the point where it was like, what the fuck. When I was young, around the age of 18, I went to a party and was drunk out of my mind and rode home with this guy I liked.. and had sex with him and luckily, he was clean. I was scared as fuck the next day.. and I was so angry at myself that I took it that far with him, but to be honest, it was all worth it baby. This song is about being your Armour on, being safe.. and always looking for a war.. look to fight for your sexuality.. your purpose and your dreams.. and party like it's the last day on fucking earth but still be safe and smart about your decisions. ARMORS ON BITCHES!" -Lelannd Vocals: Lelannd didn't do a lot with his vocals, most of the song he is singing in his controlable high register of his alto voice and uses little range to show him passion. He takes his vocals warm and easy, but very energetic and fun while still showing off his vocal talent as it riffs are longer and his notes are sharper. He goes more higher during the bridge, singing more of the style of Maxwell, but going into a more comfortable range at the end of the song.
