When the winners of Sexiest Couple are finished, Damion Holmes walks to center stage with Cassie. He picks the microphone up to his mouth, and already the lights begin to dim. "It is now time for some more live performances here at the Fan Choice Awards. After totally taking over the music industry with her first album, this pop star is back with a very intruiging set here at the Fan Choice Awards, everyone please put your hands together for.....GISELLE!!!!!!

The performance was inspired by Ancient Egypt and the Pharaoh Cleopatra. Giselle wanted a flamboyant, and glamorous set. The stage is lined with Egyptian decor and a gold colored illuminated pyramid sits in the back. There's men with drums, lined up and in between them is an elaborate array of carpets and cushions. Around the them are two women with long feathered fans waving and some back-up dancers lounging in the center stage. The men begin to bang their drums, as Giselle is seated in a chair being carried to the stage. She sings the song Luxurious as she is dressed in a gold colored Cleopatra inspired outfit. As she gets to the stage, a guy goes on all fours as she walks on his back and lays sideways on the cushions.

The instrumental for Glamorous Life is played. Giselle removes her head-piece as she sings the first lines in nonchalant manner. As she walks up the stage and is followed by dancers wearing long baggy pants, tight black shirts with gold necklaces, and scarfed head-garb. The dancing is not intense like Giselle usually does but is more relaxed and smooth. The dancing has slight belly dancing influences, and along with the use of vibrant scarves.

As the dancing continues, Giselle leans back and is lifted up by her dancers to sing the chorus in French as the remaining dancers large fluffy feather fans are around her. When she finishes the chorus, the lights go out and one light focuses on Giselle as she sings the bridge in a distorted voice, the only thing played is a piano and a symphonic sound to represent the climatic end to her fall. Giselle takes a goblet and puts poison in it. She drinks the cup and dies. The light no longer focuses on Giselle and one of her dancers takes her body as they all mourn her. The song ends with the haunting violin and piano and then a boom. The lights go out and the crowd applauses.
