After Lily finishes her performance, Damion Holmes appears back on the stage. He's clapping himself, in awe of the amazing performance Lily just put on. People are still clapping as he walks on the stage, shaking her hand and giving her a nod. He smiles before picking the mic up "the incredibly talented, Lily. What a mystery performer!" He claps once more, waiting a few more seconds to speak again.
I must say, that was a wonderful, wonderful performance. Do you think people are surprised to see you here tonight?
Lily: It was great, the energy was there, the crowd really loved it and I had a great time performing in front of my fans once again. I think people were shocked to see me here and probably didn't want me here, maybe they were expecting someone bigger or better but for now they'll just have to deal with me and the amazing performance I just gave.
How does it feel to be back on stage once more?
Lily: It felt very much like home. That stage is where I would want to be 24 hours and 365 days a year. It's the second place where I feel comfortable and at ease whenever I'm performing so it was nothing really. I haven't performed in some months but I see I haven't lost touch.
Did you have any pressure being the mystery performer tonight? If so, it did not show at all!
Lily: I didn't really. People usually put pressure on themselves when they care what others think and I don't. I know I did great and I know the audience loved it so when I was asked, it was just an instinct to be anxious and ready to perform.
What other performers have you enjoyed tonight?
Lily: Well, to be honest, I haven't been paying much attention to the show. (Laughs) Although I was excited to see Brandon, Radio Vine because she's a psycho and I love it, and also Jason Smith because he's one of my favorite artists. I'm excited and can't wait to enjoy the rest of the show.
Is there any advice you could give to any hopefuls watching at home, or any in the audience who want to get as far as you have, but to be so unique like yourself in doing so?.....
Lily: I would just say the spot and position I'm at right now was not because I flashed my boobs or used autotune, but because I worked my ass off and had talent. I encourage anyone who has a passion for music and this business like I do to be themselves and do what they want. I'm unique in that I'm nothing like the artists you hear or see right now. I've made a name for myself and only keep climbing up. It's all a matter of patience and knowing your strengths. Just take risks and go for it.
Damion smiles at Lily giving her a light hug saying "thank you" to her once more as the camera's cut away.

Damion appears back on stage with the mic in his hand. "Lily definately has raised the bar for the winner of this next award! I'm here again to announce the award for Best/Band Group". Damion smiles. What I respect about all bands and groups is that it’s not easy having different personalities in one setting, it’s your responsibility to stay together and to stay well, friendly with eachother. I’ve seen many, and I mean many bands and groups break up just because they couldn’t get along, despite their amazing talent. So the bands in this category, I give it up to you, each and everyone of you for still standing together and making this category very interesting and diverse. Everyone, please welcome, Jennifer Armstrong!As her name is announced and theme music begins to play, Jennifer Armstrong walks out from the back, she is met with cheers from her fans and has a huge smile on her face. She walks to center stage as people are still clapping to her, she waves as well, even touching some hands of fans before she reaches the microphone which is sitting comfortably on a stand. Jen waves once more before speaking as her fans are screaming through the arena. When things settle down, Jen brings her mouth to the microphone. “Hi guys!” She smiles, putting in a giggle within it. “Well let me first say that it is an honor to be here tonight with you guys at the Fan Choice Awards and I’ve got the chance to present best event/festival!” She smiles once more “As an artist myself, I must say that I’m very grateful for both events and festivals. It lets us have a chance to get up and close with our fans, and even lets us test out some new material we are getting ready to release for you amazing fans, some even discover new talent, and superstars… . so whether it’s on Television, or a live concert… Events and Festivals are very entertaining and play a huge part in our careers. Following the segment that just past, the camera's cut to the main stage. Damion is already standing on the stage. The spotlight fully on him as the backing lights and FCA decoration stand behind him. He has the infamous envelope in his hand. He waits a few seconds before grabbing the microphone and speaking clearly into it. “It's already has been an interesting night, I must say. First I get threatened by Cassie Smith....I watch a chick and a dude who thinks he's a chick, go at it...Starfactory won Best Event? Yanno, this has been a damn good night, . I'm probably gonna be saying this for quite sometime...but what really matters is if the fans are having a good time tonight and by the looks of it, you guys sound pretty damn happy. Damion winks before laughing a bit. “The next award tonight is for Best Male Artist. I mean, let's be real, this award is pretty darn important. I know our fans had a hard time choosing between who would win this award as the category is full of talented male artists who are all quite different in their own right. As James' name is called he sits in his seat looking at the stage in disbelief. He stands up still astonished after being called as he hugs the people that he's with around him, they look so happy for him. He walks up to the stage accepting the award. The crowd is cheering for him as he stands there for a few seconds silently. He finally picks the mic up. “I cannot believe this!!! I really cannot believe this right now. This means so much to me so for many reasons. I have to say thank you so much for the fans who supported me in this because you're the reason why I'm here tonight, why I keep pushing forward to do what I have to do and to make the right decisions that I have to make to make YOU all happy! I cannot believe that I won this award because there are so many amazing participants in this category that were nominated so I must say you guys are all amazing musicians and just being nominated was an honor for me. But to win? I'm incredibly grateful, this means the world to me and I cannot even believe how I'm finding words right now.” He waits a few more moments, he looks down. “2 years ago from this day ... I was dealing with my own pit of depression, sadness and career conflict. I was having issues not only with myself but with my music. I didn't know where to turn. And today, I'm standing here, a different man, a stronger man, a man who will stop at nothing...nothing to keep rising up the ladder. Fan Choice Awards, Fans, and everyone else who has support me...thank you so much! And to all the people who wish I wasn't standing up here accepting this award, or the people wishing I would fail, thank you to you also!!” Urie picks up the award strongly before proceeding off the stage.
