Is it something you despise, or something you'd want to be? Well, you're just going to have to read on and decide that yourself. But for my man Hiram "Slim" Hondison, it can be fun - it can be dull, it can be awesome, and it can be terrible. The key things he struggles with depression/mood swings, self loathing, and finding out who he really is, often gets in the way of his every day life. He yearns to find his true self, yet, his parent's are set on him being another great musician, and are constantly trying to get him to follow in their footsteps. This story is no longer about them though, it's about their son and the life he chooses. What will Hiram do next? We'll just have to see.

Out of Character: This is basically just a thread for me to follow Hiram's life, success, adolescence, etc. Thanks to Famous, who some how gave me the idea in her Aubrey thread to do something like this. I want to capture the essence of a teenage celebrity trapped in the media, whom has no clue about the real world. The story will follow him as he struggles to find out who he really is, teenage break-ups, depression, mild drug abuse, and things of that nature. If anyone is interested, then I wouldn't mind seeing some other characters involved in Hiram's story ; maybe an artist to show him his way, or an artist to join him on the long road of the music industry, a girlfriend, best friend, or any other relationship suggestions is something I won't mind! The more RP, the merrier!


The story so far has:
Introduced Hiram and Arianna.
Revealed Tracy and Hiram's friendship - now pay attention to Tracy, he will play a key role in Hiram's career in the near future!
Shown that Hiram is an unfaithful boyfriend who can't keep his dick from making his decisions for him.
Shown that Hiram has just as many flaws as he does brain cells.

Hiram and Arianna had been driving around for about an hour now, in total silence. He wasn't real sure what he had done this time to have upset her, but one thing was sure - she wasn't getting over it so easy. One part of him told him to lean over at kiss her at the next red-light, the other part of him suggested that this was a bad idea and could start the argument he's trying to prevent. Hiram stared out of his window, at all the lights, cars, and buildings they were passing - how could this be? It was such a nice night in L-A, yet he was stuck behind the wheel of a car, because his girlfriend was too pissed off to do anything fun.

Hiram took a deep breath and sighed, before gazing over at Arianna and shaking his head briefly.

"What did I do.. This time?", he asked, before smirking and gazing back at the road, continuing to drive through the nicely-lit streets of Los Angeles.

Hiram licked his lips, before sniffing and gazing over at Arianna. For a few humble seconds, a small frown came to his lips. He was disgusted at himself, but he still wasn't sure what Tweet she was talking about. He started to try and remember what all was said earlier while he was Twitter, but he had no luck. "Damn! What is she goin' on about?", he thought.

"Oh! Oh-no, babe.. C'mon, I was takin' up for Serenity y'know? She was bein' hated on an' all this shit. Don't take it personal, y'know I /love you/ girl!"

Hiram smiled, before reaching out and rubbing his hand down her neck. He looked back to the road, before swerving out of the way of an 18-wheeler.

"Oh shit! I almost fucked up my Lambo, damn.. I don't wanna' have to buy a new one, already! I just bought this bitch!"

Hiram shook his head at Arianna's request, there was no chance in hell she was getting him to drive her home - not on a night like this. He figured he had two options right now, keep lying or come out with the truth. Either one was about to make her mad, but lying about it would just keep her mad even longer - so it was inevitable, he had to tell her ; hell, she already knew obviously. He took a deep breath, before gazing over at Arianna and shaking his head once more.

"Damn, don't do this tonight baby - f'real. I ain't in the mood, what I said to Suzie was just a joke. I was just having fun on Twitter y'know? I didn't really mean anything by it, if you think that..."

Hiram smiled, before reaching his hand out to grab her's.

"Now, y'don't really wanna' go home.. /Do ya'/?"

Hiram sighed, before nodding to Arianna. This was the part of the conversation he had been dreading, the guilt tripping! He said he didn't mean anything by it, why won't she bug off?

"I know baby, I'm a piece of shit and I deserve to die..."

He glared over at her, forming the biggest smile he could, before shrugging once and gazing back at the road.

"Now can we please enjoy the evenin'? We're in L-A, the night is pretty, and we're still sittin' in this damn car."

Hiram sighed, before stomping the gas pedal all the way down, causing the car to speed up rapidly. He shifted up a gear, before glaring over at Arianna.

"Girl, you're really starting to get on my fuckin' nerves with this! I am sixteen years old, and I'm still a virgin, aigh'? So, /excuse me/ for talkin' dirty on Twitter. It's a fuckin' web site, I mean - you're actin' like I fucked her or something! I am still me, I'm not cheating on you, and I don't plan to cheat on you. So why do you /always/ start this shit with me? You make me out to be some womanizin'-asshole, I thought I was a nice nigga' too! /SHIT!/"

Hiram shifted up another gear, before going around the car in front of them. He glared out the window, shaking his head - it was clear that he was now angered.

Hiram laughed, chuckled, and just nodded along to Arianna's words. He was no longer studying her, this was total bullshit in his head. Of course, he knew he was wrong for it, but how could he ever admit that to her when she was already acting like this? Plus, now she is denying the fact that he's a virgin? That's ludicrous! She had just took it too far! Hiram put his foot on the break, and waited until the car slowed down enough, before pulling up to a sidewalk and turning the engine off. He glared over at Arianna, before holding his index finger in the air, pointing at her as he spoke, slow and clear.

"Listen to me, and listen good y'hear? I haven't slept with anyone yet, whether you believe me or not. Two, Suzie is a celebrity - worse of all, she's a slutty celebrity. Those are two things that I just really aren't interested in generally, but the only reason I did talk dirty to her is because..."

Hiram sighed, before letting his hand fall into his lap, he stared down at his feet, growing silent.

Hiram bit his thumbnail, before slowly raising his head back up and gazing over at Arianna. He felt horrible, but he just didn't know what to say or do to make it better.

"You aren't wrong, I'm the one that's wrong. I'm sorry for talking like that about her, and to her, on Twitter. I know that doesn't fix it, or make you feel any better about it - but I want 'chu to know that.. *Sighs* Look, it's hard, y'know? It's /really/ hard to be in my shoes. Because my mom had me at such an early age, I've always resented the thought of having casual sex... But *chuckles uncomfortably, growing more nervous* here lately, it's been really hard to keep my composure in front of girls. I know you probably don't wanna' hear this, but I gotta' say it. I think I'm ready.. I don't think I can hold it in any longer, every where I go, it always seems to get the better of me. Like, last night, at the studio some new artist was recording some song and I couldn't help to stare at her. She was wearing this tight ass pair of pants, with this little bitty shirt and.. I didn't /wanna'/ stare, but temptations baby an' I'm tellin' ya' - call it hormones, puberty, or just me bein' horny - I don't care. It's just on my mind lately, and I think that's why I was talking that way to Suzie.. I'm sorry I did it, I'm sorry I hurt your feelings, but you can't hold it over my head. I'm young, dumb, and I'm horny... *Sighs* That was a bit easier to say than I had thought it'd be..."

Hiram shook his head, before slamming his fist into the car's radio - the radio then fell into the dashboard, now broken.

"Are you serious? I never said that, I swear, I'm still a virgin! That's the problem! I wanna' have sex, and go ahead and get mad at that. I can't help it... It's natural!"

Hiram smirked, before shrugging once. He reached to the keys in the ignition, before turning the car back on. He slowly put his foot on the gas and shifted up a gear, before gazing over at Arianna - frowning. He nodded his head once, before looking back at the road.

"Y'really wanna' go home tonight, huh? If you're gonna' break up with me, just do it already... Don't text me or some shit, I always hate those break-ups the most.."

Hiram let out a sly grin, before shifting up another gear and shrugging softly. He knew he was getting on his nerves, and at this point, he really didn't care. She had done ruined his whole night, so he was considering on ruining her's. After all, it was pretty clear she was dying to call their relationship quits anyways, there wasn't much more he could do. He had tried reasoning with her, she had begged to go home - now she was going home, and probably about to dump him. Oh well, cheers to the teenage years his dad always says...
