After a ridiculous amount of time without any concerts or news, Andrew Guinnard finally left his cave in Manchester to give a few words to chosen jornalists. I was able to speak with his maid before, and she said he hasn't left his 'creative room', as he calls, in over 5 months. "He wouldn't even talk to me. Once in a while he'd leave notes asking for food or anything else he could need. All I could hear was some guitar chords coming from time to time. There were times I thought he died in there." Precisely at 2 pm we could hear the door open and our young star was seen. Pale, his face looking thinner than before. Before he could say anything, he lit a cigarette, like he always do. We weren't allowed to ask any questions, me and the other three jornalists there would have to keep our mouths shut until he returned to the inside of his house.
"I am alive. Dedication is something really important to me. The new album is almost done, and there are concerts booked. More information will be released by my manager, so talk to him. This is all."
I stand there on the snow kind of frustrated that my 2-hour drive was wasted on listening to few sentences, but I know he'll make it worth the while. I just feel it.More coming soon... |
