If there's nothing you can do, there's nothing to worry about. So frustrating when shit like this happens but just remember it's only music.

happened to me once before... absolutly horrible when it happens.. I felt physically sick, so i really do feel sorry for you.. Took me a good year and a half to get all of it back on a hard drive again.
I hate it when people see me at the supermarket and they are like:
Hey, what are you doing here?

Slightly more serene about it this more. Really hope that I can restore a bunch of it from the iPod (didn't have everything on there fortunately, but a majority of it probably), though the iPod doesn't necessarily seem favourable to that compared to something like the old Creative Zen. We'll see what I can do. Managed to get the drive out of the cradle last night so will try plugging it into the case & seeing if I can get anything from it, but I seriously doubt it judging from the noises. But may as well give it a try.

Continuing with the theme of key heads leaving big gaming studios. Cliffy B has departed Epic Games.

Once you're back up and running, and employed, probably worth looking into online backup. Something like CrashPlan.

Pumpkin pie, pumpkin ale, this month I'm going all out on the pumpkin. Because over here in the New World, they don't just dump the pumpkin innards to make Halloween decorations. And pumpkins are wonderful!

Happy birthday.

As a side note, how much weed is excessive? Just because today my boss was puffing out of a vaporiser heavily most of the day, and then he invited me to eat thanksgiving dinner with his wife's family, and there he must have had another 3 joints over the course of the evening... That seems like a lot to me...

I forgot my small case at uni on friday and found it today. Without all my key chains, some fucking asshole took them all. I had an awesome stuffed sea turtle (that I paid $10 for), a hippo and a dog. And they almost destroyed my case by trying to take off my Queens of the Stone Age botton. I'm a little relieved that nobody took my London pick, but fuck, I want my key chains back :(

Do not be afraid to be loud. That was my number one problem. The louder you are, (to an extent) the better you will sound. Go with what you know, the song you've been singing in the shower for the last 300 days will come out much better than the one you have to read the lyrics too.

Other than that, have fun. Singing is awesome, and the more you go for it the better you get. :)

Skyped a girl I met in Seattle last night. It was great fun, especially considering we haven't seen each other in around 8 months (we've skyped every 2 months or so). It has also reminded me of how badly I need to get over to the States again. I love that place. Been pricing tickets to go to the West Coast in late June and they're not too bad. Working out around £480 return to either Phoenix or Seattle. Now all I need is to stop going out so much and to get a new job!

Yeah, I watched that debate. "Evisceration" was the word that came to mind, he totally smacked Ryan, it was brilliant.

As was his massive grin.

My friends went to a rave party this weekend. It started last night and was supposed to go until tomorrow but they canceled it this morning because a guy died from a lightning strike. My friends were on a tent near his and are still in shock because of everything that happened. I am too. I'm happy I didn't have the money to go too.
