Pop Star Tisha Jackson Checks Into Rehab, Her Management Makes Official Statement
It has been a chaotic weekend for Pop-Star Tisha Jackson. The singer was rushed to the hospital after suffering from a “physical breakdown” in her New York home after a call was made to 911. Police and EMT’s arrived at the stars mother’s residence. It has just been learned that it was Jackson’s mother who placed the call to police after she and Jackson got into a verbal altercation that turned physical.
She admits to arguing with the star and that Tisha began to break things in her home after she upset her. Tisha was then hospitalized after she had been reportedly “shaking uncontrollably', and was “having shortness of breath”. “She looked visibly shaken”, an EMT worker at the residence said. “She was crying, and breathing hard. It was like she was trying to catch her breath”.
It has just been learned that star was given a drug and alcohol test at, Long Island College Hospital, and she “failed both test”, according to her manager. [i]“There were no drugs in her system and her and her alcohol level was below normal.”
Well if the star wasn’t high off drugs and appeared to be sober, what was the cause for her breakdown? According to sources close to The Jackson Family, they have made attempts to have an intervention with the singer, but have failed. They also realized she’s had a problem with drinking alcohol, and have tried to get her help. But finally this weekend they all reached to Tisha to persuade her to get help with her issues with abusing alcohol. Her boyfriend, R&B Hearthrob, Dominic Brown, was a main force with trying to get Tisha to get some help. “He wanted her in rehab so badly. They’d been spending time apart lately and Tisha was really broken up about it, but when he told her that she needed help, it was like a light bulb went off in her head. It was like she understood. He was a main force in calming the situation between her and her mother down.” A friend of the family says.
Dominic reportedly drove Tisha to a rehabilitation center. Her location currently unkown, but it has been confirmed that Jackson has checked herself into rehab by her manager.

She realizes she has disappointed her fans, but she wants them to know that she is “Human as well”. Tisha is aware of the out pouring of love she has gotten from her fans, from her family, from her friends, and from her musical peers. She thanks you all. I don’t know how long she intends on being trated. But she wants to take all the time she needs, she’s feeling better, and is doing better, and that is all that matters with her family and me.”
Jay Brown, Tisha Jackson’s manager just released this statement confirming the star has checked herself into a rehabilitation center and is feeling much better. We wish her well with her recovery.
