Prawn and Potato Curry. Kind of a Thai green curry flavour, thick sauce, with soft potato cubes and prawns, served on naan bread.
Also a classic in my family, Chorizo Chowder. Basically Leek and Potato soup, but with Cayenne Pepper and cubes of Chorizo. Served with lots of big thick crusty bread. |

Mmmm, Chinese food.....REAL Chinese food, not this half arsed shit you can buy on any street corner in some dodgy set up called the Golden Elephant or The Wandering Red Moose Knuckle....genuine Chinese food that is done properly, the kind of place where you'd pay $170 for a sea urchin dish (I passed on that). I cant get enough of it. |

I love meat. Really, any time of meat. Mostly medium rare to rare I love to eat. I don't really have a "favourite meat" or "favourite food" for that matter. But, I guess some of my top favourites are Beef Rump Steak, Porterhouse Steak, and lately, I've developed a taste for Steak Tartare. |

Soul food is an American cuisine, a selection of foods, and is the traditional cuisine of Black Americans of the Southern United States and among many black communities in other areas of the United States. It is closely related to Southern cuisine of the United States. The descriptive terminology may have originated in the mid-1960s, when soul was a common definer used to describe black culture (for example, soul music).
No, really. That is what it is. ;) |
