I can see where they're coming from with that one though. Rape baby or not, if my wife got raped and got pregnant, I'd be more than a little hesitant to pull the trigger on the abortive gun as I think most other people would be.

I'd like to think I could be mature enough to see the baby as a person and not a daily reminder of something Terrible. But I do not believe the government should take the option to abort from these victims.

Aye, the option should always be there. Choice is one of the principles the country was founded upon and as such I feel like today this Thomas Jefferson quote stands stronger than ever:

"I never considered a difference of opinion in politics, in religion, in philosophy, as cause for withdrawing from a friend."

I'm kind of a feminist when it comes to this kind of thing. If I were married, my wife got raped, it would be her decision. It's her body. If she wanted an abortion, that would be fine. If she didn't want the risk or the guilt or whatever, then I would live with that decision. I would certainly pitch in with my feelings, but would ultimately defer to her decision.

But the whole pro-life movement is such bullshit anyway. They're not interested in saving lives, they just want to stop women having recreational sex.

I feel the same but I can't say that I wouldn't feel differently about her after the event in whole. I mean rape baby or not that's a human being that I would still feel the need to raise. I think it also speaks more into racial roles, there's a big (and sorta true) stereotype of black males not being able to support their children and leaving the family as a whole, to the point where I sorta feel this need to support my children, whether adopted, borne from rape/infidelity or whatever.

It does seem to reek of punishment. Once these babies are born, the passion to help them fades away pretty quick.

So my boss today was playing away on his guitar, and he drops some mad knowledge on me, that the first note you play is always the key of the piece of music. And I was like "yo that's absolutely not true" and he was like "no, it's totally true, what the fuck man, look it up, I've got like five books over there, call my buddy he knows about music theory, I studied that shit man, I've studied that shit for ten years, if you knew anything about music theory you'd know, 100% man the first note is always the key of the piece!"

What the fuck is he even talking about? He's trying to tell me if you play an F as the first note, then the piece has to be in an F key? Because that's a gigantic steaming pile of horse shit.

I actually don´t know. Perhaps my metabolism has finally woken up and is working properly. I´m eating all the same shit I used to. I guess I'll soon know how it feels like to be like all girls around here, that can eat anything they want and still look nice s2.

The election has been called, yet Florida still hasn't finished counting votes. Seriously, my state could fuck up a wet dream.

No, it couldn't. Whether Obama or Romney wins Florida makes no difference whatsoever. Florida has managed not to be the fucking-everything-up state this time, just the slow-at-counting state.

True. Maybe by 2016 Florida will get something as simple as elections to work properly.

Preparing for A very surreal weekend. I'm going to Orlando with Ex miss Hess....why did I agree to this? Most awkward car trip ever.

Why do you want to be soulless?

I spent a large part of the afternoon cleaning out the PC & putting an external HDD inside it. Because the USB connector fell out somehow. I don't even know...But it was an easy job. But god my PC is a dusty eater, it just fails at digesting it.

You should get some filters for the intake fans. They're pretty cheap, or you could always just tape some old tights or something over those fans. As long as your intake fans aren't sucking in dust, you shouldn't have many troubles.

I'd rather invent something that turns the dust into gold through a complex-but-cheap process of alchemy.
