After their introduction, the five girls in SYNCO walked up onto the X Factor stage and smiled and looked around at the audience. It was actually their first time performing live together on television since performing on "Weekend: The Big Search" and it was also their first time performing in front of such a huge audience. They were all a bit nervous but they were way more excited than nervous. The beat to their debut single "Treat Your Girl Right" begins playing and the girls continued smiling and started dancing a little to the beat. The camera then goes to Jamie, as she starts out the song, and it sounded as if she was holding back her voice. She has a very powerful voice and that can compare to the likes of Beyonce, but like on the recorded version of the track she was holding that back for now. She looked out at the people in the audience as she began to sing.

The camera then moves in on Naomi for her part of the song. She sung almost exactly the way she did on the track. Jamie was obviously the powerhouse R&B singer in the group, but she had a more sweet kind of R&B voice, which sounded really sweet. She looked directly at the camera as she sung her part of the song. Naomi was probably the most confident member of the group. She wasn't cocky however, just the confident girl in the group. She never thought she was amazing but she new she was good and therefore, she was probably the least nervous about this performance tonight. Also, she was a great dancer, unlike Layla, so she was pretty happy about that too. Her confidence probably showed a lot as she sang her parts.

The camera then zooms out on all the girls as Alex sings her parts of the song. She too also had a very strong voice, although not quite as strong as Jamie's but still very strong. The same with Naomi, Alex was also holding back on this part, just as how she did in the recorded version of song though. She also did show a little more of that on the "OoOoh"'s, but she still wasn't singing as good as she could. The camera then moved into her as she continued singing. Alex was also very confident but not the same way as Naomi; as she was a bit more cocky. She too also knew that she was good enough to perform on television and she looked into the camera as she sang the pre-chorus of the song. Her voice sounded great as well, and as she sung through it she danced a little, although not much though. she knew Naomi was the best dancer in the group and that was something that she wasn't amazing at but she played it well either way.

The cameras then moved to show all of the girls again and in the back there was a screen that showed each member of the the group's name, "
SYNCO" popped up in different colors as they began to sing the chorus together. Their harmonies sounded great and sounded improved than how they did on the show they've been previously practicing on. Afterwards, Jamie then begins singing her part of the chorus with a bit more power to it this time. As she sung, she looked around at the crowd; smiling and waving at a few people. They then start to harmonize again for the next part of the song and as Nicole is heard in the back with her more of a unique voice that not everyone had liked; the camera zoomed into her. She looked around at the crowd as she sang and then the camera moved back out to Layla as she began to singing her part. She had a very unique voice that was very lovable. Her voice was very different from the other girls, which probably made her a bit more popular that added well with her fun personality too. She had hoped she wasn't the favorite in the group but she probably was. The girls then begin to harmonize again as the chorus came to an end.

The camera then moved over to Layla as she began singing her part in her very unique and different voice. Some may say that she tries a bit too hard to be different, but most love her. Layla usually had this fun playful personality off stage, but when on stage, she became more serious. She closed her eyes as she sang, trying to block out the nervousness of singing on live television and in front of millions people. It seemed to have worked as she sounded great. She didn't dance much as she always felt like she was terrible at doing so. Also, with Naomi on the stage dancing, she would have just looked like an idiot, so she just continued singing and then opened her eyes and smiled as she ended her part in the song.

Is coming to an endThe camera finally goes to all the girls again as Alex sings the pre-chorus, again showing more of the powerful side to her voice. As she sang, she was still wasn't in for a match with Jamie, but she too also was pretty good. Afterwards, camera moved back to her as she continued singing and she then winked at the camera. She then smiled and looked around at the audience as she continued to sing her part of the song. At the end, she started dancing again then finally finished her part of the song.

It then switched to an angle where it showed all of the girls again. As they began singing the chorus again for the final time, they harmonized almost perfectly once again. Then, the camera moved into Jamie, showing exactly how powerful her vocals are as she sung through her parts in the chorus. She sounded similar to Beyonce or Leona Lewis in a way, whom she often got compared too for some time now - although she had only just turned 17 and was the second youngest to Layla. Her voice and appearance were very mature. Afterwards, the girls began harmonizing again and just as they did before. Nicole was seen singing in a higher tone this time and she had messed up just a tiny but on her part. Her voice cracked a bit, but it was hardly noticeable. Jamie placed her hand on Nicole's shoulder after trying to reassure her as she looked kinda nervous. After that, the camera zoomed into Layla as she sung her part once again. She sounded amazing yet again with that very unique voice of hers. The girls then harmonized one more time and finally finished the song. When she finished, they smiled and the audience cheered them on.
