TISHA JACKSON TO WRITE & PRODUCE FEATURE FILM TO ACCOMPANY HER SEVENTH STUDIO ALBUM   _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
2012 has been a roller-coaster year for Tisha Jackson. Proven to be a successful year, the singer finished her 74 Date World Tour in April. Three months later in July, she re-released her multi-platinum album, Reveal. And by the end of the year, the singers, sixth-studio album, ‘Reveal’, has reached 10 million units sold in sales. However, it has also been a trying year for the star. Almost two months ago, the singer was rushed to the hospital after a 911 call was placed at her New York City residence, and she shortly checked into rehab afterwards.
Come December, Tisha is now out of rehab, and appears to be getting back on her feet. She has continued production of her seventh studio album; schedule for release the Top of 2013. She recently announced she is working with R&B starlet, Chanel Devine on her new album along with Rapper, Isaac Lovelock. 2013 is aligning to become a bigger year for Miss Jackson.
Now comes the news that Jackson’s production company, ‘Hit Factory Productions’ is set to produce its first Feature Film. There is no news on the plot of the film, or who will star in it. However, it has been announced that Jackson has already written the screenplay. Jackson also pitched the film to several other production companies to co-produce and distribute the film. Today it was announced that MTV Films is set to co-produce the film along with Jackson’s company Hit Factory Productions and Paramount Pictures is set to distribute the film. Jackson has also hired a director for the film as well, but a name has yet to be announced. There is no official word on when Tisha Jackson is set to release her highly anticipated seventh-studio album, however on MTV’s website, they did say that she was plotting on the album and film release date(s) to happen the first quarter of 2013. This can only leave one to guess that filming will begin soon if the album and film will be released around the same time during the first quarter of 2013. Tisha is set to make an official statement about the film later on this week.
