It took a lot to stop Rory from smiling as he was always such a jolly person, but this just tipped him over the edge and broke his heart. Rory looked up at her. He did understand and he didn't want to be angry at her but he couldn't control his emotions. The thought that Veronica couldn't trust him to stay with her had he have known about the pregnancy prior to the abortion hurt him more than anything. The more he thought about it, the more it hurt. "I know she's your best friend but I'm your boyfriend... I may be second best to her but I still should know these things. I would never run away from you because of something like this. If I'd have known about this, I'd have been on the first plane here to help you through the abortion. The fact that you couldn't trust me... It hurts a lot..."
