He looks at the clock and realizes he should still be asleep, but doesn't feel tired at all. The last few weeks had been little but sleep, and his sleeping schedule was totally messed up. He heads into the kitchen and pours himself a glass of coke, trying not to wake up Nichole or his mother, who's snoring loudly on the couch.

She had been having horrible nightmares for a while, probably a side-effect of being pregnant. "Sam...?" She calls out softly upon seeing he wasn't next to her.
