The camera scene flashes inside the motel room, where it shows in the bathroom that somebody has left the sink on, and the water is now starting to overflow onto the floor. I don’t think you really mean it It’s the thing you say It’s the things you do It’s the things you promise That never seem to come true There are a couple more long shots around the hotel room while Vara sings: One of a hand holding a cigarette, and another of a stiletto heel lying on the ground, covered in blood. I don't think you really mean it I don't think you really mean it It's the things you say It's the things you do More long shots around the hotel room: A broken wine glass laying on a woman's (Vara's) leg, covered in blood as her lifeless hand lays in the background; another shot of Vara's eye as blood drips down her face. It's the things you say It's the things you do It's the things you promise That never seem to come true I don't think you really mean it I don't think you really mean it The camera pans upward on Vara's face to show the gash in head. In a zoomed out show, you see Vara laying against the motel bed with a man (played by Vara Gallo's boyfriend, Trent D'Amour) lying next to her in a pool of his blood. Quit your lies Stop pretending you're chasing your tail Your feet have been nailed to the floor The wool's been in your eyes for so long now I don't think you really mean it The camera zooms back in one Vara's face as she begins to sing, her mouth weakly moving as she sings. She continues to sing as the camera backs up again, showing the whole room and the complete disarray it's in. It's the things you say It's the things you do Don't expect a helping hand I've turned my head I've brushed you off Friends are only as good as what they do Cut to another long shot of a bouquet of roses burning; another up-close shot of Vara singing. Get me out of here Interference is what I need It all comes back to you It all comes back to you Closer shot of Trent lying on the floor; another shot of fire as it begins to engulf the bed. You (x8) The fire begins the grow, getting closer and closer to Vara until it has engulfed the top of her head and parts of her face. She still continues to sing, seeming to not notice the fire. Get me out of here Get me out of here She continues to sing as the camera zooms out, showing the flames begin to fully engulf her and Trent D'Amour. Stop lying Quit pretending you're chasing your tail Your feet have been nailed to the floor Wool's been in your eyes for so long, man The screen goes back, and Vara sings the last line in the darkness. I don't think you really mean it.
