Who shops there, and what do you think of the store? I personally love it, it's where I get all my wardrobe, my studded belts and wristbands, Band shirts, and posters. I don't like how they sponser Fred, and shit you see on Cartoon Network. Otherwise, I love it, what do you think?
Too much leather chair is unsightly and greatly increases your risk of leather-smell.

Wooo! Teenagers! ;)

Was that where you got the name then? I don't live in the US so I can't pass opinion on the place. If they sell studded belts though, they must be okay :)

Another reason is because when Harry Potter or a twilight movie come out the stores get filled annoying people (particularly teenagers)

And I didn't get the name from the store. I was thinking of literally a hot topic. I do remember someone saying like oh did you know that hot topic is a store and I'm like and?

Hot Topic is for people who think they're alternative and try too hard.

I hate every last shred of cheap faux-emo/goth-wannabe clothing that store carries.

Online, yes, stores, not so sure... I've never seen one in Birmingham, London, or any large city like that?

But I'm the polar opposite of anything like *those* stores. I wear too many (non-neon) colours for Hot Topic to weedle into my wardrobe.

I stick to plain white shirts/jumpers jeans and trainers, I'm not particularily flashy.

Without sounding uppity, I aim for more vintage-style things. Though there's a bit of everything in my (overly large and crammed) wardrobe. Everything from Urban Outfitters to the George kids section from ASDA, hahah.

But seriously, I've got a stripy Ben Sherman shirt and I thought that was pretty adventurous. Tis all black, white or baby blue for me :) Gotta love a bit of baby blue ;)
There are some people who can get away with bright pink shirts with purple squiggles all over it, but.. I'm not one of them :P

I like stripes :3 Stripy jumpers, stripy shirts. I have too many things with stripes on, I impulse buy them sometimes hahah.

Baby blue was nice when I had brown hair. Having white blonde hair makes you look really washed out and weird if you wear it :/ I can get away with baby pink, though I only have one v-neck in that colour anyway.

And I hate all those awful neon-bright-"I R ALTERNATIVEZ WITH MA CULURZZZ LOLOLOL DROPDEAD FTWWW" clothes. :| I just find them distasteful and mock-expressive.

Yesyesyes!

Top of my hate list for those - mostly the responsibility of Republic and Topman's more garish summer lines - include:

"ROCK OFF! RAVE ON!"
"SEX, DRUGS & SAUSAGE ROLLS"
"MAKE MUSIC NOT MISSILES"

I have not seen one of those shirts without thinking the person wearing it is a moron.

The amount of people I see with that shirt though is enough to make me want to kill things...

Oddly enough most of the time, they're chavs.
