Psychedelic groove rock musician Jimmy merchant has announced a new tour across the United States with a mysterious band only known as The Phantom Ocean.

Jimmy merchant has been missing from the scene for 5 years. After only 1 album and 1 tour Jimmy merchant fell from the scene. The ones promising Psychedelic Beach rocker Left no trace of his whereabouts. It was assumed that he had a left his career due to stress. it was only this year when a reporter found Jimmy merchants playing music and living in the Virgin Islands.
