I suggest you start working on your RP now. I will be posting further scheduling information this weekend but the order of performing is the order shown on the posters with the first performer at the bottom or bottom right and then going up to the headliners (pictured) who perform last. Writing an RP at the last minute usually ends in a mediocre RP and who wants to be mediocre? PM me your RPs when you are done but I dont by any means expect them soon just start thinking about it.

Here is a running list of slots. A name that is crossed out indicates that I dont need an RP for that artist because it has already been sent to me. Any artist not crossed out has yet to send me their RP so try to do that as soon as you can. i'd love to see an RP for every artist, and absolutely from all headliners, secondary headliners, and opening headliners.

OOC: This is honestly going to be a blast if all goes well. Festivals are great fun. I've skimmed some of the RPs and they're pretty good. I'm working on Reported Failure's right now and its probably my best live work. Can't wait to see the rest of the RPs get in. So keep them coming.

I would like someone for each night to be my backup incase I can't post the RPs. I should be able to post for each night except maybe some of Saturday, but sometimes something urgent comes up at the last moment. I want to be safe so just incase I'm not around to post if someone wants to be my backup that'd be greatly appreciated.

Also, still waiting for more Rps. If you intend to post your yourself then thats fine but sending me a copy incase you cant post it would be great or at least tell me you've finished it.

Day 1:
Good job getting RPs to me early. I still need two. I'll be sending pestering PMs tomorrow afternoon if I dont yet have them.

Day 2:
I still need a lot from day 2 artists. Granted you have an extra day to write your RPs and I'll take them at the last minute from anyone but the sooner the better. I'll be sending PMs either tomorrow or Friday. Try to get them in.

Day 3:
I've got one RP for day three! Whoooo! Get the rest in soon. Especially headliners. If none of the headliners send me their RPs i might cut day three and move everyone else to day one or two but I'd hate to do that.

Like I mentioned before if you have yours written but intend to post it yourself then at least let me know so that I know you have yours done.

I, unfortunately have to base this schedule off of when I can post rather than practicality or realism for a festival but here are the rough times for when each artists RP will be up. Dont live or die by this. It could change. I may have to post the headliner more rapidly because I may have to leave the house as it is a Friday night. I still need RPs from Blood of Wecz and Destinee and Adele.
Rough Schedule (All times are Pacific USA)
3:00 PM - Zander Gray
3:30 PM - Destinee & Adele
4:00 PM - Shadowmachine
4:45 PM - The Harlots
5:30 PM - Julia Volkova
6:30 PM - Reported Failure

Is there anyone who could help post RPs on Saturday and Sunday?
Saturday and Sunday I am swamped with work and can post all of the RPs but it would be a clunky schedule. I'd like it to be fluent with breaks no longer than an hour between artist, but I'd need help. If you will be around for the whole day or most of it then PM me or reply here before tomorrow night. Otherwise the schedule for Saturday will consist probably of half the artists in the early morning (Probably 7-8) and the other half around 9 or ten at night which just seems awkward. Sunday I'm hoping can be done without help but I dont know yet.

PMs for Friday artists have been sent. Saturday artists will get PMs tomorrow or tonight if time allows. As for Sunday.... Well get your RPs to me so that this festival can have a show Sunday. The thread opens tonight so that you can fill it up with interactive tomorrow all day.

Due to my inability to be here for almost all of tomorrow and the lack of all main headliner RPs and most of Sunday, and the request of some other TRSG members, I've decided to postpone Aphrodisiac until next weekend. Great job for everyone who got their RPs in already. Everyone will enjoy them in a week, but the festival will run much more smoothly if it is postponed because so far Sunday is looking like a mess as far as number of RPs and Saturday is looking like a mess as far as timing.
