"The pregnancy has made me better, stronger, faster," Nichole proclaims as she comes back from the kitchen, glass of water in hand. "You're welcome to stay here as long as you need to, sweetie. Me casa is su casa... Or something like that. I don't know. I took French."

"Thank you guys so much! I promise to be as in intrusive as possible. " Erica smiles. " both phrases sound right to be,but I took English as my language in school." She giggles while petting cappy. " oh you are sooo squishy. I could just eat you." Changing the subject from her fucked up life,she asks "so how are you two doing?" She scratches a grateful cappy behind the ear.

"Yeah, where is she? I thought she was staying with you?" Sam asks, reaching over to scratch Cappy behind the ears.

"Ah, I understand," Sam says. "I'd love to meet her." He stands up, cracking his knuckles. "Are you guys hungry? I've got an itching to make some hamlets."

"Not at all. Ring her up. Get her ass on over here," Nichole says with a giggle as she picks up Cappy and goes into the kitchen to help her husband make food.

Nichole thinks. "Umm... I don't know... Let's go set up the other guest room together, okay?" She says, taking Erica's hand, wanting some alone time with her best friend.

"Well, neither can you, stupid girl," Nichole says back with a laugh. "We're both pregnant, remember? Ugh... We need to get a guy to do all this work for us..."

"Hmm... Maybe when you're in the first trimester, you're okay..." Nichole says, thinking about it. "Whatever. I mean, how much is it going to hurt me to lift bed sheets?" She asks as she walks into the other guest bedroom. The whole room is bare except for a naked mattress on a box spring, a white lounge chair in the corner, and a picture of Sam and Nichole on their wedding day. On the far right side of the room was a closet. "That's where all the bed stuff is," She tells Erica as she goes to the closet and opens it. The closet was bare, except for the very top shelf. Nichole, looking at her 5'4" self, turned to Erica and was about to ask her to get the sheets down when she realized that Erica was even shorter than her. "Hmmm... Maybe this is going to be harder than I thought..."

Nichole turns and looks at the bed, biting her lip. "We have some blankets in the living room. She can have one of those. I just hope she isn't picky..." She says and then looks back towards Erica. "Why no pictures of you two together...? You looked so pretty that day."

Nichole immediately says, "Erica, stop thinking like that." She grabs Erica by the shoulders and looks into her eyes. "Natalya was the problem, not you. You are perfect."
