Erich's eyes widen in surprise. The group of fellow drinks rapidly disperse with excuses like." Oh,would you look at the time." Erich calmly puts his glass down. " it was a joke,Ada. You know? Ha ha ha? I am sure she doesn't give Sam half the shit you give me. "Erich says,swirling the last sip of his glass.

Ooc: the more you know! That is too funny it's not that common a subject.

When Ada reacts the exact opposite of what erich expects ,he feels like a total ass. He drinks the last little bit in the glass and gets up,jogging a little to catch up with Ada. " I'm sorry,Ada. Please don't go."

"Ok,Ada." Erich says softly,not wanting to push Ada. Yet the sight of her starting to cry makes erich go against his better judgment and try and fix this. Erich lightly takes Ada's hand. "I honestly didnt think you would take me serious.in the context,I thought it was ok to say. " he shakes his head slightly. " I was wrong for snapping at you like I did." He says,wishing a time machine would fall in his lap.

"You have been burning the candle at both ends. Your butt should be as red as your hair." Erich says,briefly holding Ada to him. "Tell you what,lets go to bed and I will rub your feet until you fall asleep?" Erich offers .

In the bus erich turns the bed down,so Ada can hop in. He finds some apricot scented lotion and warms it in his hands before touching her feet. " I kind of noticed." He chuckles slightly. " I really thought you wouldn't mind since it was someone you brought up,and it was Nichole of all people.i couldn't give her a dirty thought if I tried. The only girls body I am interested in is yours.you know you are beautiful to me." Erica says with a smile. It is true,Nichole ranks slightly below sister on Erich's scale of dirty thought appropriateness. ...everyone has one,right?

Erich smiles when Ada sounds like she is enjoying herself. He rubs the ball of her foot,snickering as he is thinking about pulp fiction. H thinks about what Ada tells him before speaking. " I can understand that. But it wasnt like I was telling Nichole, " oh by the way, before you married my best friend,I thought you were hot." I was just playing along with what you said." He shrugs and rubs her feet more. " you know you've had me since day one." He adds with a smirk.

Erich sits upright and nods slowly. Ada is correct.he certainly was married when they first met. He also tends to forget his very short marriage to karoliena. He sighs sadly. " you are right. No matter what,I cannot change the past. I was indeed still married to Erica that first day. I knew that i loved you though. The marriage to karoliena was....different though. It wasnt as much about love as it was respect. Karoliena and I..." He shakes his head. " I should say more. It will not end well." He says grimly.

" shoulda coulda woulda" erich says sadly. " I didnt think you cared for me all that much,so I kept my mouth shut.i didn't want to look foolish. " erich admits.

Erich smiles at the sleepy and very comfy looking Ada. Upon hearing her,he smiles even wider. " I just hope I lived up to expectations." He says softly,as not to disturb Ada. He kicks off his shoes and gets into bed with Ada,pulling the covers over them. " I love you,Ada potato." He says quietly ,kissing her lightly on the back of her neck.

erich wraps his arms around ada. "shh,you know you are better than i deserve."
