Alec nods, noting mentally that Honor was going to be a girl that would take effort to keep up with. "Besides also being an incredibly attractive reviewer, I've been working on my second Master's degree in Ethnomusicology..." He smiles. "I also own many fine wines, and have an extensive collection of Barbra Streisand albums. Want to marry me yet?" He smirks, knowing that his life doesn't seem very exciting when just talked about.

Alec shakes his head. "No, no wild parties for me. People tend to piss me off when they're in that situation. Everybody trying to upstage everybody else? It's exhausting to watch, even more exhausting to constantly hate..." He wink and smiles. "And yes, I would love to get the hell out of here. Think you can walk?" He asks jokingly, seeing how drunk Honor was already.

Alec wraps her arms around Honor's waist as they start to leave the club, giving himself more reassurance that she wasn't going to fall on her face. He looks down at his arm and sees that his hand is dangerously close to her ass. "With great power comes great responsibility..." He says softly, mostly to himself, with a smirk as they exit the club. "Where to now, m'lady?" He asks.

Alec nods. "Yeah, sure," he says as he tries to flag down a cab. "It's not too far, but I'd hate to walk all that way..." He opens the cab door for her with a grin.

"I'll keep that in mind, Wynter," Alec says back with a small laugh he tried to hide. "Alright, another question: What are you doing in Los Angeles? Do you live here?"

"Here, as in Los Angeles? I live here. We're going to my house, remember?" Alec says back with a laugh. "I moved to New York City from Mullingar when I was eighteen for college, and then here earlier last year because of... Well... it's a long story..." He shrugs. "Have you always lived in Vegas?"

Alec lets out a small sigh. "Rules are rules, I suppose. I was engaged to a woman last year, and she wanted to move here. It... didn't work out, obviously." He smirks and shrugs. "Didn't see a point in leaving. I like it here anyway."

"I think that's why I like it here, actually. It's hard to viscously judge people when they live so far away," Alec says with a laugh as they pull in front of his house. He gets out and holds the door open for Honor to get out. "Do you think you could stomach some wine? It feels wrong to have a woman in my house so late at night, and not be drinking something."

Alec laughs as he puts his arm around Honor's waist again. "I don't have a lot of hard liquor in my house... Some vodka, a little scotch... And then the absinthe I have from Amsterdam. But I only share that with women I really like." He winks and walks her to the front door. "Look, I'm going to be honest with you: I didn't expect anybody to be over tonight, and my house looks a bit like a disaster area..."

"Well, that's always good to know..." Alec says with a smirk as he opens the door. The door opens into a hallway with an open study on one side and an open dining room on the other. Both rooms seem to be covered in academic books, papers, and other various items that correlate with Alec's attempt to finish his second Master's. "Don't worry about stepping on any of the papers," he says as he moves some of the ones that have flowed into hallway out of the way with his foot. "Most everything in here is useless now anyway..." He makes his way from the entrance of the house to the end of the hallway, which leads into a fork, one door going into the kitchen-living room combination room, and the other door leading into Alec's bedroom. He turns to go into the living room.
