Behind the scenes
Coca's voice-over plays while you see Her and Kato meeting for the first time .
Voice-over : Working on this track was much fun , from writing it to recording it .
Coke appears in a chair . She smiles a little then flips her hair as she starts to talk .
Coke : Usually Rum & I like to come up with an idea for an album or anything and we write a few songs and the best ones get recorded , but when we came up with this one we had a fabulous idea ; Lets do an EP about the 7 deadly sins and lets write a song for each one ! It was a great idea until ... we started a World War 56 trying to figure out what topic we each got to write about . * She giggles a little and then shrugs * Because , I mean ... come on now , these sins are very compelling . We literally had to flip coins , rock paper scissors ... everything , to decide on what who should sing or write about , and absolutely nothing worked . We finally decided to trust in the top hat . We were supposed to pick one at a time , and that's the topics you get to sing and/or write about . We both agreed that it was the fairest way to settle this . I got Sloth , Envy , and probably everyone's favorite , Lust .
Now you can see Kato sitting in a chair he kind of grins and leans in then starts talking .
Kato : When Coke came to me with this idea , she was all hype and excited . *He tries his best to put on a girl accent , which fails* " Kato lets make this song toge..." *He burst out laughing and clears his throat then laughs a little more . Meanwhile , you can hear people in the background laughing as well * I have to ... *He laughs a little more * ... I have to work on my girl voice .
Coke reappears in the chair and starts to talk again .
Coke : Since the song is based on the sin Lust , I thought it would be a great idea to write about a dysfunctional couple where their whole relationship is kind of based around sex & betrayal .
Kato's voice-over plays while Him & Coke sitting down at a table trying to write a song and high-fiving each other , being stumped , taking a break , laughing , and then working on the song again .
Voice-over : Once I kind of understood of how Coke wanted to portray the whole take of the song , it was easier for us to come up with lyrics . When I have a whole background 'story' of a song , it's easier for me to present it as a song , and show feelings . That's just who I am as an artist .
The two are shown in the studio recording the song and helping out in the studio , and then you see Coke in the chair again .
Coke : The song is just about a pair of people who's relationship is just ... complicated . They care for each other , but just dont know how to get it right because they are just that old person they were before . Someone ends up getting hurt and it ultimately comes down to the excuse/apology Im selfish , take my bribe of lust and lets forget about this .
Kato is shown in the studio singing the song and harmonizing with Coke . You can hear them singing the line

The screens fades out on the last note
A deep piano key plays and Coke starts to sing the first verse in an Amy Winehouse tone . Her voice breaks a little to symbol her strain from the relationship . It then gets louder but stays low , as she explains how she got trapped in a relationship like this . Once she gets to "Baby you are ," her voice is very close to a whisper , just then the music floods in and Kato immediately starts to sing in a faster tempo finishing his part in a good 13 seconds . He is apologizing for betraying and finishing off his apology in the chorus saying "Come get it now or never" giving her an ultimatum . In the chorus Kato & Coke are harmonizing , he's going low and she is going high . Their voices clashing perfectly together and tuning well with the loud music . Then no music plays and they practicaly whisper for the last line . You can hear them both saying "Hit me hard" and vocalizing right up until the music gets loud once again and Kato sings his part same tempo . They start the chorus doing exactly what they did the time before in the exact same tempo , but with a different beat . You now notice that Kato & Coke , have switched places in terms of cheating . You hear Coke in a very high note , singing her apology , in the same tempo as Kato did it just slightly slower finishing it up in 25 seconds . The music in the background is mellow as Coke sings and once it gets to the chorus the loud music plays once again . They sing the last part very strong , almost as loud as the music , repeating "Im Selfish , Im Sorry , Cant Help it need that body" about 3 times and then "Wont be here forever , Come get it now, "before all background music turns off and Kato nearly whispers "Or Never" and there is a second or two of silence and the song ends .
