Ada smiles, which immediately disappears from her face when she sees they're in front of the hospital. "Shit..." She says softy.

erich pays the driver,while giving him a steely gaze. "follow that car!" he says quickly and tosses the driver another 20. erich holds ada around her waist and walks beside her into the office. "how long do the results take? and is there anyway we can hurry them up?" erich asks,his nervousness getting the better of him. |

Ada shrugs. "A few days is what it said on the internet... But I bet we could get them sent to us by tonight... I mean... We are famous..." She says back softly as she slowly starts to walk inside.

Ada gives out a soft, forced-sounding giggle as she walks up to the counter. "Um, yes, hi... Um, we did not really make an appointment, but I want to get a BRCA test?" After a few moments of talking, and filling out some information, Ada gets her number and sits down. "Ficken amerikanische Gesundheitssystem..." She mumbles to herself, flipping the card with her number on it around in her hands. "Fünfundvierzig Minute meinen Arsch..."

erich cant help but giggle at ada's german utterances of displeasure. he thinks for a bit as he pieces the words together. "suchen auf der hellen Seite. Sie bekommen mehr Zeit mit mir!" he laughs. " have i ever told you,you make german sound sooooo hot?" he smirks at his wife. |

Ada lays her head on Erich's shoulder and sighs. "A few times, but you know how much I love hearing you tell me I am hot..." She says back with a giggle and smile. "Erica told me that she would come with me to this. It is too bad she is on tour right now..."

Ada gives Erich a small smile. "Do not be scared... We have gotten through worse... Or at least something close to worse..." She says back and then thinks about the tour. "I always thought that was the point... It is a God Bless America Tour, so they brought together a bunch of bands that represent different parts of America..." She giggles. "Or maybe I am overthinking it."

erich nods. " you are right. it isnt a definite cancer sentence." he says.clearly trying to convince himself as well as ada. he laughs about the tour. "we should catch a date sometime.they certainly have the essence of america there." he says with a shrug.not knowing how ada feels about seeing his ex wife perform. |

Ada gives a slow nod, not sure how to think about Erich bringing up going to see Erica at a time like this... She sighs and starts kicking her feet back and forth. "I hate waiting..." she says after a few moments of silence.

erich hangs his head.knowing he probably upset ada by mentioning erica. he pats ada's leg. "the longer you have to wait,the longer you arent being poked with a needle" erich says brightly. he is just as scared of seeing ada stuck with a needle as he is the results of the test. |

"Um... Miss... Adelaide von Wannemaker?" The nurse calls out from the lobby, and Ada immediately goes pale.
"Yes? That is me..." She says as she stands from the chair.
"We're ready to take the blood now."

Being that he has rarely heard Ada's full name spoke, erich looks around to see who would have a similar name to Ada's. "oh" he laughs as he realizes it is Ada they are calling. Ada gives a little laugh. "I do not know my blood type either..." She says back as she follows the nurse down the hospital hallway to the lab. They sit her in one of the chairs and then leave to tell the doctor she's ready. "Beautiful. They make me wait in the lobby just to make me wait in another chair..."
