As they walk towards the hotel, Alec exchanges holding Honor's hand to putting his hand around her small waist, his hand resting right on her hipbone. Something about that part of the woman was so sensual to him.

Honor looks up at him when he's not looking and smiles. She felt like Alec knew exactly how to handle her and it was refreshing. She was tired of guys being intimidated by her personality and finally thought she met her match. She wrapped her arm around his waist as well. |

By the time they reached the hotel and gotten to the elevators, Alec's pace had steadily increased until it was a very quick walk. The elevators doors open. Nobody in there. He steps inside, Honor's hand still in his, as the doors close. As soon as the elevator starts moving, he quickly -- but gently -- cups Honor's face and gives her a long, passionate kiss.

Honor was caught off guard by the kiss but she kissed him back with just as much passion as he had given. She was leaned up against the wall of the elevator, her hands moving to either side of his face as they kissed. |

Nobody else gets on the elevator as it goes up. When they finally reach Alec's floor, it's all he can do to pull away from Honor to leave the elevator. He takes her hand again and leads her down the hallway to his door at the far end.
