Erich looks at their hands and then up to Ada's eyes. " of course I want to,Ada potato. I'm not getting any younger,and you're a prime example of a hot mom. Kids are what married people do..I am....I am just afraid or losing us,you know? I don't want to end up....square." He says,trying best to word his fear of being a suburban couple,who's lives are ruled by PTA meetings and bake sales...though he likes pies and cookies. |

Ada gives Erich a small smile. "Oh, Herr Hess... I do not think we will ever change. We will still be just as weird as we ever were... And our kids will get to be with us through it all. And we will probably get DHS called on us a couple times."

Ada sits in front of her laptop on her and Erich's, looking over their money statements or something like that, I really don't know how money works, Brandon takes care of all of that. "Um... Erich?" Ada calls from the bedroom. It was rare that she ever used Erich's first name, and it usually meant trouble. "Can you come here for a moment?"

Ooc: sounds right I only recently started doing it for myself.
Erich is in the bathroom,shaving. He finishes the last little spot under his nose ,then washes his face off. He strolls into the bedroom,shirtless. " yes,Ada? Is it formal Friday?" He asks in an overly serious voice. |

While the idea of them having a Formal Friday would have tickled her any other day, she was less than amused today. Her face had a look of calm frustration, but her eyes were very near tears. "Why have you been sending Erica money...? Our money? The money that we have earned together?" She asks, her voice very steady and cold.

Erich sucks his teeth briefly. This looks bad,real bad. He sighs and sits on the bed. He hates seeing Ada's eyes before they cry,they always look so hurt. " well.....she....needs it.",erich says softly. It's an evasive answer,but he's a man. He has to try it. |

"She needs it? Is buying every Hello Kitty paraphernalia getting too expensive for her?" Ada says angrily, and then mentally reminds herself that this isn't Erica's fault, it's Erich's. "Were you going to tell me about this, or was I just supposed to wonder where our money went silently?"

Erich's first instinct is to protect Erica from the insult.but he wisely clams up. Ada has free reign to insult anyone he knows with impunity. So he just bites his lip and looks away briefly. " I was going to tell you but I wanted to avoid.....this "erich says gesturing with his hands. " she is good for it. in a couple of weeks,it'll all be back." Erich says,trying to put a positive spin on this. |

Ada shakes her head. At this point, the money wasn't the issue anymore. "Do I get no say in how our money is spent...?" She asks quietly, her voice quivering as she's very close to crying. "Do you not care about how I feel about things?"

Ada bites her lip. "There better be a fucking great reason for you to give away our money without asking me first, Erich. A pretty fucking great one," she says back, the coldness in her voice returning as she waits for the explanation.

Erich's eyes widen slightly. For as kind and gentle as Ada is,she can be just as cold. " Ada...Erica bought a house for naty and the baby..cash. It took everything she had." Erich takes a deep breath. " I was the only one she could turn to. I didnt have time to run it by you first." Erich says,standing so he can walk around the room. |

Ada smirks. "So that is it? Erica spent all her money on a house..." Ada shakes her head and closes the laptop, going to the closet and pulling out a suitcase. "I saw the house that she bought, Erich. Everybody did. Not to mention how much she spent on it. We spent half as much on this apartment, and we have plenty of room for me, you, two animals, and even a baby if we wanted to. Erica did not NEED that house. Erica WANTED that house, because Erica is still desperately trying to impress her wife to make sure that she stays with her," Ada says back furiously as she packs her clothes away, slamming the suitcase shit at the end of her last sentence. She looks back up at Erich and let's out a small laugh. "And you are helping her do it, because god forbid Erica have to go without something that she wants. Right, Erich? God forbid Erica is not happy! And you are the one that she goes to. Not her wife, who has plenty of money to spare! No! You! I swear, I think you two are still married sometimes."

Ada Is right. It was a want and not a need. " Ada. I am not going to argue wants and needs. Natalya never had an actual home,Erica wanted to give her one,and a yard for their daughter. How many yards have you seen in Japan? Not very many. Forgive me for trying to do something nice for Erica. You know she would do the same for us! " Erich says desperately when he sees Ada packing. He shakes his head. " if you are going to leave,save it. I'll go. This place is far more yours than mine." Erich says slightly more bitter than he intends. " her wife has plenty of money?! From what?! Stripping? Lashes went no where.its like a reverse version of us!" Erich fumes slightly at the mention of he and Erica. " let me guess,"Richard never would have done this"?" Erich spats. " this is the same woman who stayed thcnight with you AND took you to the hospital. She loves you almost s much as I do." |

"Yeah? Is she planning on buying us a house as well? There is not many yards in Germany either! How about she buys us one of the few houses out there with a yard?" Ada lets out a frustrated moan, burying her face in her hands. "Yes, well, maybe her wife would have more money if she had not have spent all her money on fucking plastic surgery!" She immediately breaks down crying, her sobs loud, shaking her whole body. "Why do you not love me anymore?!" She asks, her voice loud and shrieking. "You are so... so..." She shakes her head, no words coming to her mind. "She loves me more than you love me. Erica has done sweeter things to me than you ever had."

"I would love to live in Germany! New York is a fucking pit. Erich says,waving his arms by the window. "A fucking pit!" He restates. He has to admit to himself,Natalya's surgeries had to be expensive. Also,he wasnt sure of the timeline involved. " Ada...I don't knowid the boobs came before or after lashes. I'm not one to keep up on pop groups." He says with a slight laugh. Talking about Boobs in the midst of all this,struck him as funny. When Ada stars crying,erich sits next to her on the be again. "Ada." He says in a much calmer tone,getting defensive wasnt working. " why do you think I don't love you? You know I think you hung the moon...she will pay us back. I know she will." Erich takes a deep breath and holds it in for awhile. "What are you talking about Erica is sweeter than me?" Erich can't help but be suspicious of what that means. H knows Erica..... |

Ada lays her head on Erich's shoulder, crying into his shirt as she sniffles and sobs, trying to catch her breath. "Why am I the bad guy now...?" She asks softly as she starts to get control over her breathing and voice. "I did not know you did not want to live in New York. You never told me you did not. And now you are mad at me, and I did not do anything wrong and I do not understand!" She starts to sob again, not sure what is happening anymore. "I just do not understand, Erich. Why did she need the house immediately? Why did you have to give her the money without even asking me? She is still on tour. She is not even living in it yet. It does not make sense."

When Ada puts her head on him,erich hopes that means it ok to touch her. He intertwines his arm with hers and holds her hand. " you aren't the bad guy,Ada. I just didnt think. The money I gave her was well within how much I bring in, so I didn't think it would matter." Erich says,switching his hands so that he can hold her hand and put his arm around her." I've always hated New York. You are the only thing I enjoy about being here. That's it." Erich says,looking out the window. Thanking the noise of New York for drowning out their fighting. Erich sighs and looks tiredly at the ceiling. He hates arguing with Ada. Anyone really,but especially Ada. " she had to buy it immediately. It's expensive,but highly desirable. There were many others who wanted to buy it,but Erica had cash,so....." Erich shrugs. " you ok,Ada? Something else bothering you? Yiu seem very...all over the place." Erich says carefully. |
