Florian laughs and shrugs a little. "I will just have to let you know if the theory is correct then. I'll slide you a note at breakfast to let you know if it worked," he rambles a little, aware that his eyes are distant st the thought of Adele on her bus touching herself.


He clears his throat and smiles at her. "I guess not. I do not care for such gender stereotypes though. If a girl wants to smoke then so be it." He watches her for a moment. "You are very considerate of your friend," he muses as he lights a cigarette and puffs on it like it's his first food after months in the desert.

Florian nods slowly. He finds it strange that Adele would still have to answer to her father so much. He thinks for a moment. "It is nice you have a father who cares so much for your health. Mine would care not so much if I turned up in a Parisian sewer." He smiles at her, trying to make her feel more at ease.

Florian laughs and takes a long drag. "I am sure he does. In his own way. Believe me though, I would much rather have love like your father has for you. Family, love, caring. These are the most important things on earth," he says, getting quite deep.

Florian laughs and nods. "I think it is part of the deal when "God" puts us here, non?" He says, with air quotes around the word "God". "The rest of them?" He thinks for a moment. "I have fought a lot with my mother when I was a teenager, but we do love each other. My brother resents me, my sister likes to pretend she doesn't care. My grandmother I was closest to, very close. How about your family?" He crosses his arms as if ready to listen.

Florian looks down at the ground. "Oh. I am so sorry to hear that. It sounds like you both had wonderful fathers though."

Florian smiles. "I am glad to hear it. We all strive for happiness." He thinks for a moment whether to bring the next topic up. "I remember," he says nervously. "You said you have never tried drugs. How come this is so?"

Florian nods as if he understands. "This is fair enough. I o not mean to sound like the bad influence, but if you ever wanted to try some, I have some different kinds..." he laughs a little. "All safe of course."

Florian smiles. "It sounds maybe like someone has wanted to for a while, huh?" He nudges her playfully with his foot, teasing her. "Which sort of thing would you like to try?"

Florian goes into his bag and brings out a very small wrap. "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds....as the Beatles once said," he muses, before he realises that Adele may not know what he means. "Umm...LSD. It will make everything look sparkly and magical." He grins at her.

Florian looks apologetic at her offence. "I am sorry. I just thought maybe you would not have been exposed to such things. My apologies, madame." He smiles and nods. "Of course I will. May I suggest we do it on the bus though. I think if you see the colours out here on your first time it might be a little too much for you." He smiles and stands up, offering her his hand.
