Honor was all dressed and ready to go to dinner with her father and his wife. She secretly didn't want to but she figured she could make the effort. "I hope this goes by quickly.." She says to herself. She was wearing a black dress, not feeling in the mood to really look as if she were going to enjoy herself.

"Can't we just pretend to be sick and stay home? We can listen to every Barbra Steisand record ever made." She looks at him with a smirk on her face and then she sighed. "Fine, let's get this over with. I'm gonna warn you though, one wrong word and I'm leaving out of there, no questions asked." She grabbed her purse and his hand, giving him a kiss.

"Something's gonna happen, I can feel it." She gets inside and goes silent for a few minutes. "I will play nice, for the time being but when she strikes, my claws are coming out." Honor chuckles before staring over at him. "Are you still nervous? I can tell after the many wardrobe changes you've had while getting ready."

"What's not to like? You're not on drugs, you're in college, you're cute and funny. There's nothing wrong with you, me on the other hand...well parents tend not to care for me too much." She smiles. "Don't worry, you'll be fine."

"Awww. If this turns out well, you might be getting a treat later on." She winks then sighs as he parks in front of her father's home. It was huge, he had always had money and loved lavish things. It was different from when she was younger. "Alright...let's do this."

Honor takes his hand and gets out of the car, staring up at the house. She gives him a small smile, trying not to psych herself out of the dinner. Maybe she was wrong and he had changed after all of these years. Maybe his wife wasn't such a bitch like she remembered. As they walk up to the door together, Honor hesitates to ring the doorbell. "For god's sake...what am I so afraid of?" She pushes down on the doorbell, waiting for him to answer.

Honor's father, Nikolas, appears on the other side of the door. He too was feeling nervous for this meeting. He answers the door, staring at the both of them before smiling a little. "Honor, come in, come in." He stands back in order to let the two of them walk inside. Honor gives him a timid smile back, walking inside. "Hello dad.." She said softly.

He shook Alec's hand. "Alec, you are..?" Honor looks at him. "He's my boyfriend." She looked over at Alec, smiling. She wraps her arm around his, as if to calm him down. "Ahh, boyfriend. I've never met one of her boyfriend's before, you must be special. Uhh, come on, you two can sit down while dinner is getting ready." He leads them to the living room.

Honor sits down as does her father. He seemed to be as nervous as Alec. "So how have you been?" Honor shrugs a little. "I've been alright, surviving." As soon as she finishes speaking, she hears that annoying voice from her step-mother. "Honey! Are they here yet?" She walks out to the living room wearing a bright red dress that was revealing her cleavage a little too much for Honor's taste. "Oh! Hi." She smiles and walks over to them, stopping at Alec first. "I'm Alexandra, it's nice to meet you." Honor stares at her, seeing how she basically had her boobs in his face.
