Then before closing his eyes again to sleep, he looks at Adam and gives him a smile.

He notices that he and Adam still had the clothes they used to go out. So he smiles and gives Adam a kiss on the cheek while he's sleeping. He then gets up and goes first to the bathroom to wash himself and get changed, then heads downstairs to the kitchen and begins to prepare a breakfast for himself and Adam.

Once they're done, Den walks out with him outside and both begin to head to the grocery store hand in hand. So in the meantime thinks of the family he's going to have with Adam but the sudden thought of his heart condition changes his mood a little. So while still walking silently, Den begins to think of a solution again.
