Is it 11;30 it updates per region or when it's 11:30 it updates everywhere, because if it's option 2, it doesn't work for me.

And I'm pretty sure it's the opposite of free for Carl to run. So y'know, the lack of gratitude and oft-times outright hostility is pretty bollocks.
