'Time to say goodbye' is the debut single by British girl group 'The Dolls' . It was produced by member Melva, and written by Ariemese Smith originally intended to be used by, herself. The song is a mid-tempo pop song with a slight rock vibe, the song has a length of three minutes and thirty seconds. 'Time to say goodbye' was written about a guy being unfaithful, and that he should be thrown out. It has also been compared as a song that the likes of Tisha Jackson would release.

The song is a mid paced song that has some faster parts and some slower parts . Melva's voice throughout the whole song is sang in a high pitched tone. Elle's voice is sang in a low husky tone throughout the whole song, Laura's in a neutral pitch , while Lacy's voice is sung in a middle tone and katie's voice is a low, soft tone. The beat kicks in after the first verse, the beat then stops after the second verse and then kicks back in after the second chorus, and continues until the end of the song.

Elle: I am glad we decided to release Time to say goodbye as our first single beacuse it's has a nice flow to it and the lyrics people can releate too.


Melva: this song is the perfect girls song every girl has that one guy she wants to kick to the curb, but does not care to say anything so it's perfect.



Lacy: Time to say goodbye is an interesting song to some people beacuse it talks about a gut being unfaithful and weak but the beat of the song is so dancy so in a way it's interesting.


Laura: omg this song to me is a favourite it's so fun to dance to but the song totally does not describe me it's the perfect song
for Melva hehe


Katie: this song is both personal but a feel good song to
