Erich smiles at Ada and massages her foot absentmindedly. " thank god. My mother? About as bright as a two watt bulb. That's the way he liked women...." Erich scowls deeply in rememberence. " though....It would have been fun to watch you deck him." Erich laughs.

Erich laughs a Ada's joke. " very true. Especially a bright one!" Erich points out. He feels like a thousand pound weight was lifted off his chest now that Ada knew the particulars.he touches here face lightly as they kiss. " good point. This conversation could have soaked through the amniotic fluid..... So...themes?" He asks,changing the subject. From readin parenting magazines;he's heard babies have themes now.

"That's what parenting today says. Apparently if your diaper bag doesn't match your stroller? People laugh at you. " erich says,scooting closer to Ada. "German,huh? Volkswagens,identification papers and braunschweiger?" Erich jokes to Ada.

"Fuck yeah. I want stripes mixes with polka dots and obscure characters nobody remembers...well.. Maybe not. I don't want lead paint around our baby. " erich says,mirroring Ada's desire to go against the grain. Sometimes words fail at how much he loves her. "This will be great." He says,getting excited to have tangible proof,other than Ada's belly of the impending baby. " how's yellow for the walls?"

"Black and green and you have a deal." Erich counters. Seeing Ada's willingness to think outside the box,pleases him. No mini vans for the hesses.

"You'd prefer the black And white,huh?" Erich asks.seeing Ada may not be on board for green.

"Black and white is good. I want your happiness to soak into the baby." Erich rubs Ada's thigh gently." We need you to be at optimum happiness. " he nods,already planning the trip to the paint store. "What do you want? Boy or girl?"

Erich kisses the top of Ada's head,trying to picture brunette hair. Between the baby and finally telling his story he feels extremely close to her. " girl." He says instantly. " I know most men want a little boy,but I want a girl. Daddy's girl and all that." Erich grins at Ada. " you are stunning,you know? I think the glow is happening."

Erich Grins and kisses her lips lightly. He loves his Ada and simply finds her far more beautiful than anyone. "Lets hope Marlena doesn't look like you. I am not ready to start threatening boys with shotguns in the next 14 years or so!" Erich chuckles and moves his hands over Ada's belly " be a marlena...be a marlena,he chants.

Erich looks at Ada and shakes his head happily. " those sex and concerts didnt happen. Ada is s saint!" He grins at Ada. " middle names? We need one?" Erich says,the thought never crossing his mind.
