"Yeah...I just hope they don't do anything bad to them or anything." Gia sighs. "I hope Sophie doesn't kill the other children either."

"Its a mean world out there, money doesn't matter. I worry because people especially take advantage of wealthy kids. I want them to not be stuck here and experience the world."

"I do worry too much." She giggles. "I think they'll miss us more than we miss them...do you think they'll think that we're leaving them?"

Scott was out at the garage putting away all the decorating stuff from the day before when he and Gia had painted the room they were getting ready for Logan. He whistles as he puts everything away into the garage. When he's done he closes the door and walks back toward the house, wondering what they were going to do today. For the last few weeks, things with Gia had seemed really rocky,and Scott was convinced she didn't love him anymore, so he had tried to be around only when he was needed so as not to make it awkward for her. He had tried his best with the baby stuff, though, and he was going to continue to do so. He walks upstairs to the room where Gia is and peers around the door. "Hey....I was thinking I might go for a drive....unless you want any help?"

Scott sighs when Gia speaks. This is how everything had been for over a month now. They would wake up next to each other and then everything after that would be them living in basic silence with only the odd sentence said to each other. He rubs his hand across his face. "What do you mean by that? What have I done wrong?" He watches her as she works away folding the clothes. He was trying to be a part of everything, and he had even endured the awkwardness between them all day to help with painting the room, but it seemed like she never had anything nice to say to him anymore. Not that she had much reason to, though. They barely ever did anything together anyway.

Scott shakes his head when she snaps at him yet again. He clears his throat and looks up at her, wondering what to say. "Well....alright then. Suit yourself, I only wanted to help and take part." He turns to walk out of the room again. "You know best," he says sarcastically as he leaves the room, walking along to the end of the hallway and walking into the room he shared with Gia. He walks to the bed and falls back onto it, sighing and staring at the ceiling. He couldn't help but wonder if this was how it was going to be from now on. He'd never leave, that would be hard on the kids, and he still loved Gia, but their lives weren't easy, not anymore.

Scott sighs when she yells through at him and he shakes his head. "No problem...." He says quietly to himself. It was always like these days. She never tried to hide the fact she resented him now. He wished that she was still there for him to hold. That always made him feel better in the past, but now it only seemed like his presence anywhere just made everything worse. He puts his hands behind his head and closes his eyes. In three months their new baby would be coming into the world. "Poor little bastard," Scott whispers. "Imagine having to come and live in an environment like this where mommy hates daddy." He sighs again.

Scott is surprised to hear Gia in the doorway. Normally there wasn't even a confrontation these days. It was almost as if she had grown bored of even fighting with him anymore. He sits up and looks at her as she speaks. He couldn't believe she was blaming him for this. The reason he was spending so much time on his own was because she had made it so blatantly obvious that she wanted little to do with him these days. Scott shakes his head, not wanting to argue with her anymore. "Alright, Gia. Alright. I'll help," he says quietly as he gets back to his feet. He was itching to say something though. "Always do what? You've spent the last two months basically just pushing me away. I barely feel like I even know you anymore because we never talk. You just look at me like you dislike me or whatever. That's why I spend time on my own. Nothing to do with the fact you're pregnant." He walks past her. "What do you want me to do.....? And...don't say 'nothing'."

Scott stops in his tracks as he listens to everything that Gia has to say. He has to admit that it's weird to hear her speaking like this. He was sure that she hated him the last couple of months, so to hear that she needed him was strange to him. He sighs and nods a little as he thinks what to say. "Have you ever thought that I might want the same some time Gia? I am not the only one who lives in this house. you are allowed to approach me and talk to me as well. All you do at the moment is get up, shower, and then leave me for the day as you go about your day in silence. I thought you stopped fucking loving me. That's why I go out, because it fucking hurts that my wife can't even look at me anymore. It hurts Gia." He sighs and tries to stop himself from getting any more annoyed at her. "I don't want independence....I want my wife. But it's nice to know that you think so fucking highly of me. Thanks a fucking bunch." He walks into Logan's room and lifts the mobile from the crib. "Well I need you too. I need to feel like you're with me for more than just the kids' sakes."

"Because you never come near me. In bed you just turn your back to me. You lock the door when you shower. You've never done that before. It's like....like you don't even want me seeing you anymore. We haven't even had sex in months, I've never seen your body in months. It makes me feel like you don't want us to be a couple in the way we used to be. Can't you see that. What happened to the passion Gia? we used to be so hot together and now it's just the cold shoulder all the time." He starts to put together the mobile and then sees that Gia had been assembling it wrong, so he takes it to pieces, shaking his head that she had been putting parts in the wrong place. He sighs and shakes his head. He drops all of the parts into the crib again and closes his eyes. "I didn't show you because I didn't want to embarrass myself by trying something....to try to kiss you or anything and end up getting rejected. You never made it seem like you wanted to be with me at all, Gia." He looks down into the crib and sighs gently as he tries to think what to say to her. "I just thought maybe you were being polite by not leaving. Can't you see how it seemed like you didn't care for me anymore?" He sits down on the rocking chair and shakes his head.
