Mandy Williams was born November 8th 1994 in Florida to parents Allen and Rose Williams. She hadn't exactly live in the nicest part of Florida and growing up, things weren't always easy for her. Her father wasn't working and was a bit of an alcoholic, her mother usually did all the working however. Sadly, when Mandy turned just 8, her mother passed away when she was on her way home from work and was involved in a car accident with a drunk driver. After this happened Mandy was devastated and barely even spoke for a pretty long time. Following her mothers death, it was just her and her father and her father had turned to alcohol even more. Instead of trying to comfort his daughter, he often showed her no attention. Mandy often felt like she was on her own for a pretty long time.
When Mandy began writing music she was around years 10 which is also the age where she picked up the guitar. Mandy would self teach herself and write music when she wanted to escape the pain of having lost her mother and dealing with her father. At age 13, her father was still going through hard times with alcohol and also started using drugs. He would usually do whatever he could to get his hands on it and he had changed a lot so Mandy distanced herself from him a lot and grew to despise him. She had also distanced herself from her cousin Blake Williams because her uncle didn't want them around each other because of her father. When Mandy turned 15 she began posting videos online to YouTube of her original songs and surprisingly picked up a pretty good amount of attention so when she turned 16 she finally decided to start her music career.
Mandy quickly got signed to Shooting Star Records where she released a few singles like her debut single "I Don't Care" which did rather well on the charts making it's way into the top five. She also released singles "Break Through", "Angelic", "Falling Behind" and had also released a few more later on. Mandy soon left SSR and was signed to Studio60 which happens to be one of the biggest labels after her former label went out of business. Mandy had released a few singles there as well where she had struggled to release an album. She had made two attempts but ended up scrapping both due to the lack of happiness in the record due to her being a perfectionist. After touring the material her fans did grow to love, she settled down and focused on getting the album out she has been anxious to release, and her fans anxious to hear. After 5 months in silence following the release of her latest single "Devil in Disguise" in Sept 2013, Mandy announced that she had finally completed her album and would release one more single before the release of the record. It is unknown what singles Mandy has released in the past that will make it onto the official albums tracklisting.

I am sooooo happy and excited to announce that my new single will be called "Teenagers" this will be the final single before my album comes out this fall! So sorry that I have been having you wait all this time but once again throughout all the previous times I've been trying to get my album out, I was never really happy with the final product but with a few months I took off to really focus on the record I am really happy with the final product and happy with a few other things as well. I have been patching up my relationship with my father and trying to build our relationship and that took some time. All my fans who have been waiting all this time for me, I thank you from the bottom of my heart <3 I feel so refreshed and so ready to get out there and show you all what I have been dying to show you. "Teenagers" will be out for each and every one of you much sooner then you think. I love you as much I love cookies... and thank you again, for waiting so patiently band never leaving my side.
