Kidd had been everywhere for the past few days. From being in a beef with B. Stacks to have people wondering if He is single or if he is in a relationship. While things haven't been all smiles for Kidd things have been looking up as he release One of the three singles that are going to be on his album and while Kidd is forthcoming when it comes to honesty in your music he has kept his mixtape under wrap and leaves a lot to question. This song "Love for You" was even mention on twitter after it suspicious drop as to when he finished it.
First ImpressionThe first you notice about the song is the slow piano tempo that starts off the song. From there Kidd talks about his past and his not willingly to get into relationships. The hook is easy and to me basic, The second verse he talk about a girl that he did wall into a relationship with and how he was with it. The third verse talks about how they have grown apart and how he still has feeling for this girl even though things didn't work out. All and all I thought it was safe and okay.
my Review about the songThe more and more I listen to this the more and more meaning I get from it. Kidd being honest with his music tells how a lot of people will get close to you in hopes of you being somebody. He talks about his weakness with girls with soft voices and had his heart broken a few times but he keeps falling and keeps repeating the same mistake with falling for the wrong type of girls. The second verse deals with meeting someone special. This time he plans to take it slow while he is already in a sexual relationship. He talks about being honest and open and wants the same in return. In the third verse he talks being with this person that he loves but he doesn't love the fighting and tension that they have even though they are a match for each other. He loves the person but isn't in love with the person something that we and all relate too. I'm a little surprised as this was pretty romantic for a rap song. Which leaves me wondering who is the person he was talking about?

final notesSo far Kidd Amaze has worked with Aubrey Mikkel on the remix of her big hit. His did a good opening single and this is another slow ballad much like Advice (freestyle). Here however he talks about relationships, people wanting to take advantage of you, getting your heart broken, and ending on good terms. He told me that this isn't going to be like a lot of his work on the mixtape and that he will have a lot of material to cover not just love, but it was nice to see a love song from a rapping perspective.
