Erica nods quickly." Me too,Ada. You look like you could use a hug.several actually." She says,trying to discreetly wipe away tears. "I know...that whole ex still in the picture had to be hard for you...probably IS still hard for you. ....would you be be happier if I went by my birth name instead of Erica?" She asks,wanting to ensure Ada knew there was no connection other than friendship to erich. Her eyes widen. "Ada! Don't ever think erich regrets marrying you! Look how he is without you? He is a wreck,shooting heroin?! He NEEDS you,ada. As much as you need him,maybe more. He knows you have your insecurities ,but I can tell you be wouldn't want you any other way." Erica smiles after speaking,"and that baby ? Will be the most loved baby ever....well,aside from mine" she jokes.

erica shrugs and giggles. "well,we know how guys are about japanese girls...but i think boobs win out every time. you arent the only insecure one,ada. to this day i sometimes think natalya is just playing a cruel joke and is going to stand up one day and just point and laugh at me. its hard,but you cant let it eat at you too much." erica says brightly. "ME?! i am your best friend, not nichole?" erica blushes deeply at her raise in rank. "i adore you too,ada.i am always here for you." she grins happily,happy to at least have helped ada stop crying.

erica scowls slightly,as she thinks ada is beautiful. "ada! you are not overweight by any means of the word.no,those boobies are all you,sweetheart. your nose is perfect,it makes you unique. mariko has a large nose,and she flaunts it. your feet? who sees them? is erich using them to draw straightlines? " she giggles before taking a breath and looking up at the camera. "it is amazing what thousands in plastic surgery can accomplish,ada." she says with a small laugh. " do you know why i had it? when i was younger,people called me hitomi the bunny because of my ears and teeth.so i basically had my skull taken apart and re arranged. for other people." erica says,sharing something that only natalya knew about her. "i love you too,ada....and i guess you are my best friend too. only natalya knew my reasons for the surgery." she adds sadly.

erica smiles weakly. she knows ada isnt buying it. ugh,if only she could find the right words for her.wave a ,magic wand,make it all better.erica gives ada a strange look at her dark joke,then slowly smiles. she could do this whole ada and erica bestie thing. ada was a riot. "they were so mean.but i got my revenge,who does not know the name erica kobayashi?" she says,in a rare instance of being proud of her fame. she grins back to ada. " the world would be better if some people did." she giggles and turns her head back and forth so her hair moves. erica looks around,as if nichole would jump out of the closet at any time. "do not get me wrong,she is wonderful and i adore her.hell,i wouldnt BE here if not for her...but sometimes it is easier to talk to someone who i havent given an orgasm to...." she shrugs. in the hitomi friend rankins,ada is just a paper thin margin above nichole.

erica smiles evilly. "the high road is not the best road." she loves revenge and adas idea of revenge sounds too good. ada is one of the biggest acts out there.if she writes a song,its going to chart. erica sucks her teeth. she had nearly forgotten her wedding day...with good cause. she had long forgiven nichole,but it hurt to know that other people remembered that day too. " would it be harder than speaking to their ex wife, who is luckily a raging lesbian?" erica laughs. she thinks a bit then nods. "i dont think nichole would ever say that,as i feel she never wanted me. she just didnt want anyone else to have me. i could have dated anyone,and the same would have happened. natalya just was the lucky one to catch hell for being with me. ' erica explains. it feeling oddly good to talk about this chapter of her life with someone.

Vara answers the calls and crosses her arms. It's obvious that her eyes are brimming with tears, but their tears are anger mixed with tears of sadness. "We both know I didn't do anything wrong," she says simply after a few moments of silence between them.

"Fine, maybe I don't remember that correctly, but it seems like you don't remember the whole rest of the night correctly if you think for a moment that I was still trying to get into your pants after you told me about Nina. Do you really not remember? I kissed you, you told me about Nina, I immediately backed off." Vara shakes her head. "I can't believe you're doing this. I was here far before her. I was the one that got you two together. And now you're choosing her over me. This is so ridiculous."

"I flirted back, yes, but that's just how I am, Mariko! That's just my personality. That was never a problem when you were dating other women. It has only become a problem with Nina. Of course I was never going to let it go anywhere. I already told you that I didn't want to be the reason why you two broke up," Vara says back, sighing a little. "I'm not jealous of her like the way you're describing. I'm jealous of her because you are automatically taking her side in this. She got pissy over me calling your picture attractive, and instead of saying something like, 'Hush, Nina. I am attractive. Vara was just pointing it out,' you took her side and told me that you couldn't hang out with me anymore." Vara immediately bursts out in tears. That's what hurt the most out of all of this. That she was losing her best friend because this girl didn't like them hanging out together. "That's not fair, though. Bros before hoes and stuff..."

Vara sniffs a little. "But I can't help what Nina feels, Mari..." She says back softly as she grabs for a cigarette and lights it. She lets out another small sob before taking a long drag, trying to calm down. "Please speak to her. This isn't right. You're not supposed to get rid of your friends for your signifcant other. That's, like, Dating 101."

Vara hates hearing her best friend cry. She frowns deeply and wipes her own eyes quickly. This phone call was hormonal enough without both of them crying at the same time. "Yeah, I understand that..." She says back quietly. "I just wish I wasn't constantly the bad guy here... I hate fighting with you." She laughs a little bit and nods. "Yeah, but nobody ever takes 102. 101 is bad enough."
