"Well to credit your dogs, you are a rather small woman." He teasingly told her with an innocent shoulder shrug. He closes the door her once she's inside, before moving around the front of the car and opening the door for the driver side as he hopped inside. "If we had met a few years ago you just had to Google me to get a good idea of how fucked up I was." He mentions with a small laughs as he starts his car, starting to slowly drive away from her home. Stopping at the exit of the driveway, making sure no cars were coming as he took a moment to look over at Izzy with a smile. "I'd love to get to know you more too. I'm still a bit taken aback that you agreed to go on this date with me." He was still fairly confident in his way with women, but at the same time there sure have been enough bumps in the road that have made him doubt if anyone would actually want to take a chance on him.

"From a male point of view, I find the fact that you're so small a good thing in a psychical appearance at least." He chuckled before smirking her way. He listened to her speak as he drove, nodding his head once she was done. There was something in her voice that made him more comfortable, that there was no set notion in her mind about who he could be, a clean slate if you will. "Yeah, Google is the paradox of thinking you know someone. Thank you, though. It's very nice to hear that. I have not Googled, Twitter, Tumblr, Instagrammed you. There is no internet between us." He told her with a smile just as he stopped at a red light. "Well you know, whenever I see a female star at one of my shows, I always ask them out. It's the reward for going to a show," he said in a deadpan tone, right before laughing a little and shaking his head. "No, I'm kidding. I honestly just thought you were a cool girl from the short times we've spoken in the past and we're both two grown, single people now. There's nothing against us just going out and getting to know each other."

He scratched his forehead, keeping his eyes back on the road once the light changed but listening careful to not miss a thing she said. "We are almost like strangers on a personal standpoint, which I enjoy the fact of. No one is holding any preset idea of who the other is." Ryan nodded his head, placing his free hand on the gear shift. "We did, just formal conversations. The longest we've ever spoken was last weekend at the Bowl after the show, which was nice. I saw that there was more to you, so I figured I'd throw out the idea of going out and if you had rejected me that would have been fine too. I'm glad you didn't though," he added with a small laugh. "Well to me you're not a teenager, especially after talking to you a bit more. You might have that beautiful young face, but you are of age. Thank fucking goodness." He sighed sarcastically, chuckling as he switched lanes. "Yeah, that we do. But I've learned you can't live your life in terms of how people see you in the world. Someone could take a picture of us and write some ridiculous story, yet no one can get what we're thinking of."

"Exactly, I believe I mentioned something along those lines in an interview yesterday. I'm glad that we have that similar outlook to seeing someone. I'm hoping I get to learn you quite well if given the chance, Izzy." He told her with a smile, genuinely interested in getting to know her and spending time with her. "I am, I like to think of myself as someone who can try something once and see where it goes. I don't try to close myself off to things just because someone on the outside can't understand it or are near-minded on it." Ryan smirked as he looked over to her. Obviously she was young, she had a baby face if you will, but there was something about her that interested him, aside from a physical standpoint. "Oh, I'm sure they will have a field day with us once they see us. I can already see a story about me 'corrupting' you." He made air quotes with his fingers just as they made it onto Sunset Boulevard, the famed street in West Hollywood.

"I don't know if I can call myself awesome, but I do think I'm pretty level-headed. You on the other hand do seem like you're level-headed and awesome. We all now the cool kids listen to Izzy's music." He smirked at her, feeling that they were already being natural and comfortable with each other already. When one could say their date hadn't officially begun yet. "Do people actually think you're stuck up? From almost the moment I met you, you didn't seem stuck up whatsoever in my opinion." He smiled while she spoke of what she prefers doing in her spare time. "You know, maybe if she date goes well you can cook dinner for us next time." Ryan chuckled a little at her sarcastic comment, matching her tone with his follow-up "Oh, you give me the rest of the night and I'll be sure to corrupt you, honey." He looked her way as they reached Sunset Boulevard, nodding his head as she spoke. "I really do. You know, I consider Montana my main home, but I can't stay away from here too long. Plus my favorite steakhouse is here."

"Well that's something else we seem to have in common. I was kind of reclusive in high school. I don't know if it's a normal thing but I was the kid who knew what he wanted to do for the rest of his life when he was 13, so it just made all the school years a drag." He went at a slower pace as they got into Sunset Boulevard, clearly noting that she was well-versed in the L.A. sights and sounds. Ryan chuckled at her comment, rubbing his chin as they come to a ed light, nearing their destination. "It seems like the standard of how people judge others have fallen. I don't even have a Twitter, so I'm sure people think I'm above it and all. We can both be stuck up together." He laughed softly, putting his foot back on the pedal when the light turned green. "Oh, family secrets? I already feel like I'm dating someone in the royal family now." He chuckled a little, shifting his eyes a little to look over at Izzy. "Yeah, Montana is such a beautiful place. It's the complete opposite from Los Angeles or New York City. I try to make it out there as much as I can. Do you now? My goodness. This has already been the best drive to a date I've ever experienced." Ryan made a U-turn as he parked his car beside the entrance of BOA Steakhouse. He parked right next to the valet parking area, where the attendant opened their passenger door, welcoming them each. Ryan opened his own door, taking his key and handing it to the attendant. He gave the attendant a small nod, thanking him, before helping Izzy out of his Range Rover himself.

"An actress or chef? I already know your career as an actress has worked out too, but a chef I never knew you were into cooking so much. I can see it already, The Isbael Mejores Cooking Show. You can have me on an episode and I'll show everyone how to burn everything you touch in a kitchen." He laughed a little, listening to her and nodding along as she spoke. "It is, it was a great getaway for when I couldn't speak. There are absolutely no paparazzi's in Montana, they don't even sell all these tabloid magazine in the grocery store at this small town close to where I live there. Oh, I definitely want to keep it a secret, but if I end up having a neighbor like you there, I wouldn't knock it." Ryan suggested with a sly smirk. "Well I'm gonna have to get you a 40 ounce steak and see just how much your tiny frame can eat, dear." He jokingly added with a chuckle. He looked down at her as she stepped out of the car, putting in his pocket the parking tag the attendant had given him. "If you have the acquired taste for a good steak, I'm sure you'll love it here, Iz." Ryan placed a hand gently on her lower back as they started to walk toward the entrance of the restaurant, the attendant opening the door for them, Ryan thanking him as he let Izzy step inside first.

"That's a really nice hobby to have. Maybe you can teach me a thing or two because I am not very good in the kitchen. I can flip burgers at a barbecue or make rice, but that's about it." He stated with a chuckle, thinking to the times when he's tried his hand and failed at making larger meals. "I think you'd be more than welcomed in Montana. We could have all the dogs playing in the snow while I set the fire alarm off by cooking for you." He smirked her way, nodding his head at her following comment. "Trust me, I know, I lived in Los Angeles for a long time before I moved out to Montana. I still do kind of call this like a second home, along with New York. I'm in between places a lot. But it's comforting knowing that a paparazzi could be taking a picture of me today, but I could go off to Montana tomorrow and not have a singe camera in my face." Ryan laughed, raising an eyebrow. "Oh, I see what you're doing, Iz. You want to pig out on future dates, but on our first date you want to keep it classy." Ryan walked beside her as they made their way the few steps before reaching the hostess at the front of the restaurant who welcomed them as well. "Good evening. I have reservation, should be under Hernandez." The hostess takes a moment to find his name before stating his full name and the table for two he reserved. She leads the pair to their table, which is in a private area of the restaurant, offering a bit more privacy away from most of the other tables. Ryan pulls out Izzy's chair as the hostess does the same for his, thanking her, waiting for Isabel to take a seat before he does.

"Thank you for believing in my culinary skills, Iz." He jokingly added in a sarcastic tone. "Next time I'll take you to a barbecue place, you can just stuff yourself with ribs. I don't think anyone can look good with a face covered in barbecue sauce." He took a sit a second later after her, smiling over at her as the hostess placed their menus on the table, letting them know that a waiter will be with them shortly before leaving. The table was small enough that sitting across from each other didn't create too much of a distance between them. "This is the first time I've ever brought a date here, I haven't exactly involved myself with the steak eating kind of girl in the past." He stated with a small chuckle just as the waiter comes to their table, bidding them a good evening, before asking them what they would like to drink. Ryan ponders the question for a moment. "I'll let the lovely lady I'm with tonight order what she would like first."

He keeps his eyes looking over at her as she orders her drink of choice, smirking slightly at her order. The waitress now waiting for his order, he raises his eyes to her. "I'll have a glass of single-malt scotch and a bottle of white wine for the table." He smiled at the waitress as she headed to get their respective drinks, not really seeming to think of the possibility that Izzy could be a month or two removed from the legal drinking age. His gaze returning upon Izzy. "I promise, I'm not trying to get you drunk. I just don't think you should down your food with water, a steak especially. Don't worry, no one in a restaurant in West Hollywood ever gets carded." He assured her with a grin, his vision settling down to study the menu a bit more. "I figure it's a given but any of the steaks they have on the menu are quite delicious. They have a petite New York strip if you opt not to have the 40 ounce strip mentioned earlier, just a suggestion." He added with a small smirk as he looked up at her.
