Castor nods and gives his wife a small smile. Neither one of them ever spoke much about their past with each other, but he knew enough about Nina's to know that she'd never be considered boring or normal. Of course, his life before he met Nina wasn't exactly boring either - and he had Virginia to prove it. He sighs and wraps his arms around Nina, kissing her lightly. "You made me better, Nina. You're absolutely wonderful."

Castor smirks a little bit. He knew that he didn't seem the type, and honestly, he wouldn't say that he was the type, but... "You know, in high school, I had this huge crush on Nichole. And if Nichole said, 'Let's go do something crazy!' I immediately went along with it. I guess that's mostly how I got into trouble in the past. Trying to impress a girl." He laughs a little, not sure how Nina will respond to him talking about the crush he used to have on Nichole. "I got over it after a while, of course. Actually, I stopped listening to her after she said, 'Just fuck her once. What harm is it going to do?'" He nods his head towards Virginia's bedroom to make his point. "It definitely had a bigger consequence than we assumed it would."

Castor kisses the side of Nina's head when she lays it on his shoulder, chuckling a little. "Oh, Nina. I would still do anything you wanted to impress you," he admits softly, laughing a little at himself and how much Nina had him wrapped around her finger - even if she didn't realize how much. Castor looks back towards Virginia's room and smiles. He doubts that Nichole could have ever known that all of this would have happened from her convincing him to sleep with Marie, but occasionally, he felt her he should thank Nichole for doing just that. "No shit though...." He responds softly.

Castor laughs a little. "Please don't make me regret admitting that," he says softly, in a pleading voice as he sighs and moves a little to get more comfortable with Nina. He chuckles a little at Nina admitting that she didn't plan on them going this far. "Honestly? I was planning on letting you have your way with me, and then throwing me out to the dogs. Then I'd move on to Karoliena." He winks, obviously joking. He could recognize that Karoliena was an attractive individual, but he was not attracted to her. "No, we'd definitely be fish people..." He agrees, nodding. Cats would probably be the animal of choice for them, but cleaning up after them was a hassle - and a thoroughly non-posh one. And, of course, dogs were completely out of the question. It would have to be fish.

Castor looks down at his shoulder and grins at the light lipstick mark on his shirt. Normally that would bother him, but with Nina, he loved it. It was just another sign that he was hers and she was his. He kisses her and shakes his head. "I promise, I didn't not want both of you. I was already pretty madly in love with you before Karoliena was even somewhat in the picture." He smiles and then shakes his head again. "She is not as pretty as you, I promise. You have a classy look to you. At Karoliena's classiest, she looks like a high-dollar dominatrix. I prefer you over her any day." He kisses her again and smiles. "Fish food smells like fish. Which leads me to believe that all fish are really just cannibals. Which makes me like them a tiny bit more. But we can't give the fish to Virginia. She already has that fucking horse to take care of."

"We were just meant to be," Castor repeats with a nod and a smile, holding her close. He didn't care about the lipstick much anymore. Not like he was planning on going out any time soon. Not until... tonight. He sighs. He had forgotten all about having to go to Virginia's parent-teacher meeting alright. He and Nina were having such a good time. "Hey, whatever she wants," Castor says about Karoliena with a small shrug. "They seem normal. Or as normal as two people like them can be." He thinks about the horse. It has costed him a fortune. Not that he really had to worry about money anymore, but the price of a horse really surprised him. It was expensive as hell. But Virginia really did seem to love it and that was all that mattered. "Not Dream Dad. Just "Dad Trying to Make Sure His Daughter Never Hates Him" Dad." He laughs a little.

Castor grins a little. He was such a girl when it came to gossip. Knowing juicy tidbits about somebody always came in handy when he needed to make a witty, yet snide, remark towards somebody. "Well, what a little trollop," he says back with a chuckle. The very little he knew about Cassie was that - for a little while - she had a magazine, and that she went on tour with Ada briefly. Knowing that she was barely legal and had three kids was great if the situation should ever arise that he needed a great one-liner. "I do not have a shotgun, but the moment she turns thirteen, I'm buying one. Nothing says, 'I respect your hormonal needs to find a romantic companion,' quite like a pump-action to the face."

"She was the most feared woman in music? What did she do? Just the magazine? Or did she make music? I mean, she kind of adorable looking. Even if she had a gun to my head, I probably wouldn't find her all that intimidating..." Castor says as he laughs a little. Then again, not a lot intimidated him. Bees did. And so did unruly large dogs. But not many people. Castor can't help but laugh at Nina's description of the stereotypically disappointing night that is losing your virginity. What she said sounded about right. "Don't even talk like that. Virginia will never lose her virginity. All of our grandchildren will be through immaculate conception. Got it?" He says in a tone pleading with Nina to agree with him, even thought he knows it isn't true.

"Jesus," Castor says back in shock, both appalled at Cassie's actions, but also thinking that it was a little bit sexy. "Drove somebody to suicide. That takes a certain skill in bitchiness to do. People are getting pretty thick skins lately..." He laughs a little. Contemplating driving somebody to suicide was dark - even for him. He laughs again at the idea of Virginia's children starting a new religion. "Blessed Virginia, full of grace, The Lord is with thee," he false quotes with a chuckle.

Castor laughs a little at Nina fanning herself because of Cassie's bitchiness. At least they could both agree that well-deserved bitchiness was sexy. Not the Suzie bitchiness. That was just unappetizing. "I never paid any attention to Suzie. Women like her ought to be sent to a nunnery. In both senses of the word," he comments, laughing a little to himself and his witty, archaic use of the word, and laughing at Nina doing the sign of the cross. "Do they ever mention Mary's father and British step-mother? I assume she had one. I don't know. I never go past the Old Testament."
