"I bet it is." She playfully rolled her eyes at him and closed the door behind him as he walked inside. "I'm going to go lay them down before little me does fall and have an accident." She smirked and walked over to her kitchen. "I doubt I have a vase this big for this. Looks like I need to go shopping again." She laid them on her counter then walked back over to him, leading him to her living room where the couch was. Listening to him, she nodded her head. "Yeah, well, I don't know. Everything feels strange now. I feel like...like the kid in the lunch room who was kicked away from her table and is forced to sit alone. Nothing is really normal now, everything has changed and it sucks but I knew, to some extent, something would change. I just didn't expect it to cause tension between Hayden and Katie and, it's just really stupid to me." Izzy had been wanting to vent for a while but with all of her friends busy, it was hard. She especially didn't want to bring their moods down with her own mess.

"Of course not, you were thinking, 'the bigger, the better' right? I do appreciate them though. These are certainly the largest amount of flowers I've ever received." As she was sitting on the couch, she brought her legs up beside her, her skirt covering her perfectly since it was so long. She sighed a little and closed her eyes. "Because Hayden has always been so protective of me ever since we were kids and anyone who's ever said anything mean about me while we were together, he never took it lightly. And now that Katie is clearly taking sides here, he's not happy with her. I guess I was a bit shocked too. I mean, I babysat her son for her, like all the time while I was here. I've hung out with her and everything. I get she wants to show her support to her best friend but...I don't get why that had to really change us." Izzy opened her eyes and shook her head. "I was ready to deal with whatever people said, honestly. Obviously, people are going to have opinions and whatever, that didn't bother me. I just don't like that I'm causing this craziness in my family. Like, what if Hayden and Katie split or something, because of me?" She then sighed again. "I'm sorry, what am I doing? You didn't come to see me in order to hear all of this."

"It just really bothers me that she didn't even bother to at least ask me my side of the whole thing, you know? Like she was just going to believe anything that was said about me and judging by what Hayden sent me, apparently they both believe some pretty strong things about me now. It's just ridiculous it's really blowing up into this huge problem now." Izzy had to admit, Ryan was right. She couldn't feel guilty if the two of them were to break up over it. After all, she figured if they truly loved each other, this would be nothing pretty soon. She placed her hand on top of Ryan's and looked up at him. "Besides all of that...I think what really bothers me the most is that...." She looks a little unsure if she should even bring up Nadia between them. She wasn't one to want to dwell on the past, especially in a new situation, but maybe it would help to talk about it. "Some of the things Nadia said after I told her...it just has been echoing in my head ever since we last saw each other. I feel guilty but...I feel happy being with you and then I feel guilty I am happy. I just don't want to let this really affect us, you know? Like I don't want to sacrifice anything anymore for others, I want to be happy."

"I guess she doesn't want to lose Nadia again after last time. I try my best to avoid her, meaning probably not going to be visiting their home for a while." She bit her lip a little, seeing the way Ryan reacted when she had mentioned her name. "I'm sorry." Lately, Izzy feels like that's all she had been saying to people, just apologizing. When he asked what she said, she looked down again. "I don't really want to repeat it but it all hurt. The one thing that hurt the most was that she said I had been planning this...like I was getting close to her just to get to you, which obviously is not the case. We both know that besides seeing each other in passing, we hardly even spoke. Basically, she was saying our entire friendship was a lie and I just had a motive. It's like nothing I've ever said to her or did with her matters anymore. That really hurts. I've always loved her like a big sister and now she basically wants me to spontaneously combust and rot." Izzy groans a little. "It's really frustrating but I can't even hate her or think negatively about her."

"Ryan, we're both adults here. As she brought up and as I also knew, I could have denied and said no but I didn't. Why? Because.....I wanted to. I don't know how to explain it and I guess it sounded cruel to her, that I would do this. I guess that's it then. I don't know what else I could say to her or do at this point. If she really doesn't want me there anymore and she just wants to rid herself of me then I have to respect that and...move on." Izzy looked at him and then smiled a little. "Despite not letting your past intimidate me, I already knew that nothing about this would be simple or easy at all but I was willing to risk it anyway. Nobody is perfect and I think everyone brings something to a new relationship, whether good or bad, but you know what? I really like you too and I don't want to be afraid to admit that or show it. At the end of the day, it's our life and our relationship. I know for me personally, I can't let anyone interfere with that or make decisions. It's just us, and not saying that I am but, if I'm making a huge mistake, that's my mistake to make on my own. So, I'm ready for whatever." As much as the problems that arose around them bothered her, she knew that she couldn't linger on them forever or it would damage her and Ryan's growing relationship with each other.

Izzy could see him moving closer to her but she didn't move at all. Instead, she moved a little closer too, her lips meeting his as he wanted. They were deep in kiss, Izzy placing her hand on the opposite side of his face that he had placed his hand on hers. She sighed a little into the kiss. It seemed that nothing else mattered once they kissed like this. Nothing was on her mind at all and for the first time she felt like she was completely content with anything and everything. After everything, Izzy wad more and more convinced that she had made the right choice by trusting him and not judging him by his past or what she had heard. There was no need. So far she had seen almost all the proof she needed that allowed her to continue to be with him.

Once their foreheads were pressed together, Izzy stared at him, smiling and taking in his entire existance. It was nice to see this side of Ryan that she had never even dreamt of seeing before. He was trying to comfort her and in multiple ways, it was working. "I agree...and I am happy, really. Just this time and all the time we've gotten to spend together has made me happier." She gave him another small peck on his lips. "We shouldn't focus on the drama though. Tell me about your tour so far, how was it?"

Izzy laughed at him and nodded her head. "Well, I'm sure that she would love to come to a show, or two when she can. I think she's in love with a certain handsome guy and his performance skills." The one thing about Izzy that most people seemed to love was that she was a great listener and she always seemed genuine with responses. When he talked about how much he loved seeing different cultures react to his music, she smirked. "Yeah, I love that too. I always get amazed when I go to different countries and the amount of love I get from my fans there is really crazy. It's almost a little crazier than here. Like, I'm watching people that are used to being sheltered from music over here, just have fun. I think it's one of the greatest things, seeing other fans from different cultures."

"Oh, right. I wouldn't like to be put in the groupies category." She smiled again and listened as he spoke. She could relate to him so much. It was a struggle to decide whether dating someone else in the industry was wise or not but they would be more understanding at scheduling and being busy. "I agree. Touring is a lot of work but it's so rewarding in the end. I especially love the meet and greets afterwards. They just freak out for a few minutes of pictures with me or an autograph or just to talk to them. Sometimes I feel like I should do more because it doesn't seem fair, you know? They are basically living a dream moment for less than a minute and that's enough for them to be happy." Izzy cleared her throat a little and then leaned over to get her glass of water, taking a sip. "Would you like something to drink or eat? I finally went grocery shopping." She laughed softly.

"I don't think I'd ever wear a shirt like that, ever." She laughed. "I think it's worse for cute guys. It's waaay worse. I'm just a girl but a group of girls with a guy they idolize and worship? You're going to be in for a loooong night. I've never signed boobs before, I don't think I'm that huge yet." She smirks a bit. "I always want to cry when they start crying because I just have no idea why they are so emotional, I just don't understand it. They literally wait in long lines for hours just to see me perform for what, maybe 2 hours? And then it's over but they just feel like it was the best night in their life." Izzy puts her glass down again. "Maybe. But don't be so excited. My skills are limited when my mother isn't around or on the phone." She giggles.
