"Oh, did someone just call me cute?" He teased her, chuckling as he did. "But yeah, the crying girls are always a weird thing to experience. That happened quite a bit in Brazil, I just hope it's because of the songs. I don't want anyone worshiping me whatsoever." He laughed, smirking at her as she spoke. "Well I figure your fanbase is younger than mine, in which case the girls are even more emotional. I don't know, maybe there is some detachment once you're the person on stage performing. I do my crying in private." He said with a small laugh, using his thumb to remove a few strands of hair that were on Izzy's face. "So your handicap is having your mom around to help you out? That's quite cute, though. I'm just gonna warn you, the one thing I know I can make better than you is a mean sandwich. I am a sandwich expert."

After a hectic schedule that Serenity has had these past few days, she thought it would be a great idea to have a fun night out with a friend of hers. As a result, on Serenity's request, both her and her good friend Amy decided to hang out at a Beverly Hills restaurant and have a little night out together. This was good for Serenity to clear things up that were lingering in Serenity's mind these past few days. It was yet another hot evening in Beverly Hills. Serenity was wearing a yellow sundress with flowers designs on it. She also was wearing a pair of sandals and had her hair in curls. She walked into the restaurant and waited for Amy to arrive.

Serenity stood up and smiled when she noticed Amy walking inside. Nothing but excitement did Serenity feel after she spotted Amy. "Amy! Hey, what's up? I love your outfit. Those heels too!" She looked down at her heels before giving her a friendly hug. "How have things been going? I haven't seen you in such a long time!"

Serenity thought about the last time she met up with Amy. "Cool, cool. How is Jarod? He was so tiny and cute the last time I saw him", she said giggling. "Any other things going on for you rather than your career? Any boyfriends or anything?" She smiled.

Serenity was shocked when she said that her son wasn't doing well. Trying her best not to make Amy emotional, she continued on the conversation with a different subject. "Will.Rocca? Who's that again?" She started laughing. "What's his real name?"

Serenity smiled as she now remember who exactly Will.Rocca was. "Oh yes! Him. I know him." She looks around to see if a waiter or a waitress was coming to take their order before turning back to her dear friend Amy. "Aww, thank you so much. I'm glad you like it." She smiled.

Serenity smiled as she thought about Amy's most recent single. She thought it was one of Amy's best releases thus far in her career. "Oh yes, I heard it and I loved it. I actually purchased it on my iPod a few days ago." She smiled. "How's things going otherwise?"

Serenity saw the excitement in her eyes after she gave Amy a compliment and laughed. "You've got tons of downloads hun. That's good to hear! I haven't gained nor lost a pound in the last month. I'm proud of myself." She shook her head and sighed - knowing that she had a lot to talk about but decided not to bring it up. She wanted to enjoy this night out with her friend rather than sobbing and venting on her. "No, not really." She smiled.

Alec turns off his computer and leans back in his desk chair, hands behind his head. He was so close to being done with the paper he was writing, but his final paragraph wasn't coming to him... That didn't bother him too much, though. He always struggled with at least one part of a paper. Then, a few hours before the paper was due, an idea would come to him and he would type it all out just in time. His paper wasn't due for another few days. That gave him plenty of time before he really needed to worry. He takes off his glasses, rubs his eyes a little, and then walks out of his office and into the living room, looking for his girlfriend. "Hon--? ugh..." He peaks his head into the kitchen and then immediately ducks back out. All the Hello Kitty and pink that had found it's way into his house - their house now - was daunting, but the kitchen was the worst. He just didn't have the heart to tell Honor how much he hated it. After all, a relationship is built on compromises, and this was a compromise... right? "Honor?" He calls again, making his way into the living room.

Alec lets out a little "ah," when he hears Honor respond and then he heads into the backyard. He was pretty proud of his yard, mostly because it was rare to have one in the city at all. Because his house was placed at the top of a hill, his backyard sloped downward and consisted mostly of a wooden porch that kept inline with the level of the house, and then a small plot of lawn. If you looked over the rail of the porch, you would see a drop of several, several feet, landing on the unforgiving, rocky slope below. A stone walkway led along the side of the porch and brought you into the actual lawn of the yard, which was smaller than the porch itself and really only consisted of the lawn and a small tree that Alec had attempted to grow when he first moved into the house, and then gave up on. Alec walks out onto the porch and takes a deep breath in, enjoying the outside air after cooping himself in his study for so long. "What're you up to today, pet?" He asks as he walks around and sits down in the second lawn chair, stretching out.
