I've taken the liberty of searching through the albums chart to find all the albums released this year. I've added them to the albums specifically submitted. Together they form a list of 40 albums or EPs. Please vote fairly and honestly. Here are my voting guidelines.

1. Establish a baseline: Look over the albums first and decide a couple you feel are five star albums, a couple you feel are three star albums, and maybe one you feel is a one star album. This way for all of the other albums you can compare in your head and ask "Was this album as good as the five star? If not was it better or worse than the three star?"

2. Put thought in to your vote: Everyone (unless you're extremely new) should have knowledge at least of the artists who the albums are by. Because of this, although some votes will be cast for albums that are well known you have to still give thought to the albums you don't specifically remember. You can do this by thinking about the artist and if possible trying to find out more about the album. NO RANDOM VOTING

3. Follow your heart: Dont just vote for something because it was very popular on the albums chart. Think about all factors: RP quality, chart success, overall marketability, and ultimately your personal opinion of the albums. But DO NOT just vote for your friend's or your work because it is your friend's or your own work.

4. NO TACTICAL VOTING: Because you establish a baseline or a scale I expect that most albums will probably be given a ranking of two three or four stars. Three should be the average. If you vote five stars for a few albums and two and one for all the resat your vote will be deleted. If you also happen to give all of your albums five stars and no one elses five stars (even i you give them four stars) I wont delete your vote... I'll just kindly PM you and you'll have to justify why your albums and only your albums are the best.

5. Finally just remember that this is for fun and it is for our made up world. This is not a contest of the best RP. In fact this is not a contest at all. It is a fun way to summarize the year, and give your artists something to talk or brag about but this isn't about the users here at all. So have fun with it.

In the first round of voting we created a list of the top 40 albums on TRSG of 2013 (of those submitted/added. I realize a few didn't make it in.) Those 40 have been split in to four groups of roughly ten. Every album with an average score of 3.75 or higher is in one group. Another group is for albums less than 3.75 but greater than or equal to 3.42. The third group is less than 3.42 and more than or equal to 2.82. The last group is every album rated less than 2.82. This was the fairest way to make groups close to ten. Please keep all voting guidelines from the first post in mind. Rank each album and have fun. Which group is which will be kept secret in order to keep the surprise secret.
