Alex Simms walks into the bar, wearing casual clothes, jeans a t-shirt and a jacket. He finds a seat at an empty table and sits down, he takes out his phone and checks a couple of messages before the waitress walks over, he orders a drink and continues to look through his messages. The waitress arrives once more, with a drink. She places it down on the table and Alex silently nods as she turns around and leaves.

Alex takes a drink and looks across the room to see Jessica, he nods his head slightly to acknowledge her as she smiles at him before looking back at his phone for a few moments.

Alex had no idea who this woman was, she seemed very confident for a complete nobody. Alex looked at her as she walked towards him staring, he frowned a little as she sat down. He looked across the table at her, "Yeah?" he asks, "What do you want?"

Alex laughs a little, "What is it with people?!" he shakes his head and takes another drink before looking at Jessica, "Don't call me your damn idol, I've been around for five minutes! Go listen to Lou Reed or The Ramones or something even remotely iconic!"

Alex laughs again, "Like my music, by all means! But don't pull all that fan girl crap, it's not a good trait." he places his glass down on the table, "Who are you anyway?!"

Alex looks her up and down, "Oh, you're friends with a few celebrities? Congratulations, your mommy and daddy must be so proud!" he smirks and finishes his drink, "So how come you haven't made your big break yet? How old are you? ... You do know that the entertainment industry doesn't hire people over the age of 30, right?" he laughs a little to himself, he seemed to enjoy attempting to annoy Jessica.

Alex sits back a little in his seat, "Amy-Jayne ... is that the chick from that death metal band? The one that plays her guitar with her tongue? ... sounds like you're pretty well connected" he attempts not to laugh, "Yeah, because there's no labels in the music industry that hire rock acts. You know, I haven't heard a rock song since ... 'Stairway to Heaven'." he enjoyed being sarcastic to Jessica, it was fun for him to try to annoy a hot chick.

Alex laughs, "Oh, my bad. I guess I'm thinking of another Amy-Jayne." he shakes his head and places his hand out in front of him as if to tell Jessica to stop talking. "I'm basically a rock singer? Yo, I'm sorry to tell you this ... but I think you think that I'm somebody else ... I sing showtunes in an all male acapella pop group called 'The Tone Deaths'." he shakes his head again, "I'm in no way "rock and roll" as you crazy kids call it." he smirks.

Alex shakes his head once more, "Okay, prove that I'm Alex Simms."

Alex looks at the picture, "Seems about right" the waitress walks over and Alex orders another drink, "Well, congratulations detective, you've just solved one of the worlds biggest mystery's."
