Nevaeh sat in her office filling out some paper work. She took a sip of her coffee before hearing a knock at the door. Nevaeh picked her head up and spoke "Come in". One of FREEDOMS headquarter workers opened the and spoke back "Ms.Martinez, Sonyae is here to speak with you". Nevaeh smiled and spoke back "That's fine, please send her in". The intern nodded and headed back to tell Sonyae to go to Nevaeh's office. Nevaeh took another sip of her coffee and put the papers to the side waiting for Sonyae walk in.

Nevaeh stood up with a smile on her face as she saw Sonyae. She gave her a hug and a kiss on her cheek. Nevaeh always wanted her employees to feel comfortable around her and not as if they were meeting with a president or queen. She spoke back to Sonyae "Thanks for coming today Sonyae! I'm good, just some paperwork, and yourself?" She paused "Is there anything that you'd like to speak about today?"

Nevaeh sat back down on her chair and listened closely. She took a sip of her coffee before getting ready to speak. She knew Sonyae was one of the biggest names on FREEDOM currently and knew that an artists sophomore album is sometimes the hardest. She believed in Sonyae wholeheartedly. "I understand you wholeheartedly. Your debut has been a huge success and I want to first congratulate you on that. You have really contributed to the success of FREEDOM this year." Nevaeh smiled "Now as for your sophomore, first and foremost do not stress it. That can sometimes take away from the quality of the music. I think you are a very versatile artist and the demographics of your fanbase is really, really growing. I think you should really test waters first before jumping head first and catching people off guard" she smiled before continuing "When you say other genres, you mean pop mainstream...or?"

Nevaeh smiled. She was glad that she was sitting in front of an artist who had a vision for their music in career. She had come across alot of artist in her time that needed alot of guidance, but felt Sonyae was very smart about her development. "I understand completely. Don't you have a mainstream collaboration coming up? I think that would be a perfect way to see how well the general public views you on a more mainstream base" she took a sip pf her coffee "I believe that you're fully capable of doing pop records and not putting people off as a result. You see, there will always be people who might have something negative to say but thats just the industry that we work in. Little do they know, is that this will most likely increase the longevity of your career if you do show your versatility and gain another fan base." She paused "I'd just hope that you don't become split between both audiences. So understand that, that can happen too, you know?"
