Austin laughed as Mariko responded, especially after the way she spoke of Kai "Yeah Kai's my mate..." he grinned "But trust me, I don't do all that stuff" Austin laughed "Im here to have a couple drinks. You wanna take some shots or something? I've had a long day in the studio. It'd be awesome if you accompanied me to the bar..." he looked at what Mariko is drinking "Is that any good what you're drinking, im trying to feel alil good tonight" he laughed winking playfully

Austin laughed "Yeaaah, Kai is just a special guy. He is something else" Austin grinned some more glad that he had met someone as funny and bubbly as Mariko. "Yeah, or I can if you want. Here's some money.." Austin pulled out some money and gave it to Mariko "That should be enough, I know I know...I look alil young but that doesn't mean I cant drunk!" Austin was hiding the fact that he had some stress built up and instead wanted to have fun. He took the drink from Mariko and drank it all the way down finishing it in seconds. He pulled the drink down from his mouth and scrunched his face up "Woo! This is some strong mess you got here! Couple weeks ago I could have never finished that" Austin laughed "You can buy yourself another with the money I gave you....or shots it is?" Austin smiled already beginning to have a good time and the stress began to fade away

Austin grinned "I mean yeaaaah....but age is just a number, Mariko" he smiled "Plus, I've been practicing. Couple weeks ago I could have never. But my age, that doesn't even mean a thing. Police won't do anything, my fans aee more dangerous then them. They can point the finger all the want about who corrupted me and who didn't, im not correct. I'm just having alittle fun...that never hurts haha" Austin laughed as he watched the shots come "I never had Jager. I hope this doesn't get me too trashed. He picked up the first shot "Look at you alll scared" he giggled taking the first shot down "This is STRONG" Austin' face scrunched up as he forced it down he smiled when he finished "You go....lets see what you working with!"

Austin laughs "Then I guess I'm a fast learner huh? and making up for my inexperience? This is my first year drinking haha" Austin sighed with a smile "Hopefully not, the media is on me all the time, but fuck it. I still like to have fun while im young right? I haven't been home in days, I ain't worrying" Austin finishes his sentence laughing. Whenever he was out and about the stress never took over him and he loved that he found his stresses to be funny when he was partying. He watches Mariko take the sip of someone elses drink."I don't know of that was so smart, you don't know if that person had herpes" Austin starts hysterically laughing "I'm joking of course, but you never know" he giggled as Mariko takes the shot and mentions short pants "Oh wow, you are like a champ....short pants? Never heard of em, I mean, I guess you can say you've been drinking since I was in titie whities? That sounds like a better fit" Austin picks up the new shots, and passes one to Mariko. "Toast?"

Austin starts hysterically laughing after hearing Mariko speak. He loved the vibes she gave off and was having an awesome time."Ooohhhh noooo, noooo hallucinogens! You've had those before?" He says the last word whispering just as she did. "I love that logic! I do think what if too much, why not just live life the way you wanna live it no what ifs!" Austin smiled "I can assure you, you don't have any herpes Mariko. " he started laughing even more "Hell no! Boxer briefs only. I haven't worn those tight things since forever. They really are uncomfortable. I don't know how you girls wear gstrings. Those just look painful. But sexy to say the least. If only my girlfriend would wear one" Austin laughed picking up his glass "Yup, toast to new friends and umm..fucking shit up" Austin laughed taking the shot all the down. The 17 year old was drinking like a champ already. Which is a far cry from the kid from Cali he used to be that would think drinking was horrible. Austin was enjoying himself he didn't care. After downing the shot he spoke out "Another please!" He started moving to the music already feeling the small effects of alcohol taking on his body a bit.

Eva crosses her legs as she sits on the park bench, waiting for Jimmy. Her band's first song had been released on her website this morning, but she was completely unphased and not bothered by that fact. She felt exactly the same as she need yesterday morning. She was still Eva Chatburn, Baltimore-based born-again-Jew. Or something like that. Whatever about labels. Labels were weird. And now she was waiting for her boyfriend at the park. That was even weirder. Eva never really had boyfriends in high school. She dated guys, but never really had boyfriends - they were time-consuming and most of the guys she knew in high school were so boring to her anyway. But Jimmy was different. She was never especially bored around him and she was always excited to see him. It was just... different. Boys used to be such a chore for her - flirting, dating, going out... She understood the appeal, but sometimes she enjoyed it, but it all mostly felt forced and annoying. But she enjoyed it with Jimmy. Maybe that's why she liked him so much.

Eva looks up from her phone - which she had been using to read messages on her band's website - when she hears Jimmy's voice. She looks up at him and grins, shaking her head. "Don't call me that. It's weird," she tells him, but with a bright smile, obviously happy that he seemed to have listened to their music. She had only mentioned Cherry Street a few times, and never talked about the fact that they were actively writing and recording music, so it was a little exciting to her to know that Jimmy had heard them. She stands up from the bench and gives him a hug. "What have you been up to?"

Eva laughs and shakes her head. "Let's try not to encourage that. If anybody recognizes me, let's just act like they're insane and keep on our way, pretending we're investment bankers or something shitty like that." She grins. Being with Jimmy had made her joke around a lot more with people, and be able to go with the comical flow. Before him, she tended to get tripped up if anybody said anything funny that she didn't immediately have a comeback for. "Working full-time? For what?" She asks, looking up at him.

"Exactly. We may actually be helping him to self-actualization by acting like he's crazy," Eva agrees with a nod and a giggle. "With both of us in some cute, horn rim glasses... we could definitely be lawyers. But not Harvard-educated lawyers. Like, University of Arizona-educated lawyers. You know..." she leans in and whispers, "public defenders," and then cringes. She winks. "That'd be awesome. I'd read your stuff, definitely."

Eva laughs - or more cackles - when Jimmy calls her lawyer fantasy his worst nightmare. Something about having that ability tickled her. She raises her eyebrows when he seems surprised. "Of course I'd read your stuff. I might even make my friends read it. Maybe share it on Facebook, I don't know." She grins and nudges him slightly with her elbow.
