UNITED is a brand new music magazine dedicated to sharing news and music from the icons and rising stars in music. Whether it's pop, dance, metal or country, we're uniting them all together to celebrate today's artists.
ISSUESIssue 001 - Coming Soon
OOC: What I need: COVER STAR - The cover star will of course feature on the cover, and will have an interview. This is mainly for the more established, high profile acts. Don't worry if you don't get chosen, I'll keep your act in mind for a later issue. PICK OF THE MONTH - I'm looking to include another interview inside the magazine. If you think your act has done something noteworthy recently, whether it's put out a number one song/album or stirred up some controversy, sign them up. Again, the selection will be just like the cover star, but there will be other chances to be interviewed. This is for both established & newer acts. MAIN STORIES - What these stories are can be entirely up to you, whether it's an tour/album announcement, a rumour about someone's love life, or something completely different. I'm not fussy. REVIEWERS - I need two or three people who are willing to review an album and single of their choice. This will include a small description and a rating out of five stars. COLUMNISTS - If there's any acts of yours that have a bright, unique personality that you want to showcase in a column of their own, sign them up! The column can be about whatever you wish. FREE POSTER + CD - If your act is feeling generous, sign them up to give away a poster & free CD of any song of theirs. Recommended for newer artists to get the word out. OTHER - If you have an idea of your own that you think will make a great addition to the magazine, feel free to share it with me. It can be a special feature on your own act or anything else you have in mind. All interview questions & stories must be written yourself, as making this in Photoshop will be demanding enough. Just a quick bump to update what I need. I'll give more time if needed but I'd like to have this all sent in by 17th November, please get involved if you haven't already! I've had a few requests for cover star & pick of the month, but I'll leave those open to see if any others are interested for future issues. I no longer need reviewers & columnists for this issue, but there will be future opportunities. :)

Thank you for the great response towards this and for all those who have sent their stuff back early! I no longer need a cover star or pick of the month for this current issue, you will know already if you were chosen, but I've kept a load of acts in mind for future issues. :)
