Title: Dollhouse
Length: 54.25
Genres: Pop, R&B, Electo-Pop, Dance-Pop, Hip Hop, Reggae Fusion, Soul
Label: FREEDOM
Release Date: March 2014
Written By: Melvin Griffin, Lacy Brown, Laura Jackson, Elle Mills, Katie Stephenson, Neavah Martinez, Chloe
Produced By: Melva Griffin, Neavah Martinez

'Dollhouse' is the debut album by British girl group The Dolls, the album was primarily written by the girls themselves, other than a little help from the boss Neavah Martinez and hip hop and rap star Chloe, the latter of who wrote her part of 'The Way I Do' which she features on, the album was produced by member Melva Griffin with again help from their boss Neavah Martinez, the album comes in at a total run time of fifty-four minutes and twenty-five seconds, the album is expected to be released towards the end of March and will be disturbed by FREEDOM Records.

The Dolls began recording the album in August of 2013, shortly after the debut single 'Time To Say Goodbye' came out, but the recording of the album stoped in December as they moved from Ocean Records to their new label FREEDOM, this also lead to them to stop recoding the album the UK instead they flew out to America and began to record the rest of the album over their as it was more suitable for their label boss Neavah Martinez to help with the production, the album was completed in January of this year after almost five months of recording, the album name has changed many times the original title for the album was 'Tame The Wild Ones' which refers to their second single 'Wild Ones(Friday Night) but that title was soon scrapped and changed to 'Welcome To The Dollhouse' but again this was changed and The Dolls along with Neavah Martinez decided the album would simply be called 'Dollhouse'

The album explores many genres including Pop, R&B, Electo-Pop, Dance-Pop, Hip Hop, Reggae Fusion and Soul, the R&B sound can be heard in tracks one, two, five and eleven of the album, the three Pop genres can be heard throughout the album, Hip Hop is heard most in track two, Soul is heard in track seven and also track twelve, reggae fusion is heard in tracks six, eight and nine, the album covers the topicss of love, heartbreak and topical girl things, the artwork for the album was designed by Max Thornton who is know for designing many artists artworks for their albums and singles, the cover sees the girls in just robes all huddled together to show that they are a team, the artwork also shows The Dolls displaying a friendly nature, thus showing the 'Dollhouse' manner to show they are welcoming you to listen to the album.

So far four single have been lifted from the album, their debut single 'Time To Say Goodbye' which was released in August 2013 and reached a peak of #10 on both the downloads and airplay chart, the second song to be lifted from the album was their dancefloor smash 'Wild Ones(Friday Night) which was released in October 2013 and became their second top then hit and out peaked their previous single by top places reaching #8 on both charts, the third single lifted was 'No Spell' which was released in February 2014 it also saw the girls show their more urban side the song again became another top ten for the girls by reaching #5 in the downloads chart and #7 on airplay chart and their highest charting single from the album not including their chrismas single 'Santa Baby' which peaked at #3, the forth and most recent single to be lifted from the album is 'The Way I Do' which features pop and rap star Chloe which was released a few days ago, and is excepted to chart within the top ten soon.

Critical response to Dollhouse was positive. Aggregating website Metacritic reports a normalised rating of 63% based on nine critic reviews, indicating "generally favorable" reception. It was described as "a utterly brilliant debut album". The Times wrote that The Dolls"show no sign of flagging in their quest to push the boundaries of the pop song" and noticed that they "continue to be as inventive as ever." BBC Music described Dollhouse as "a shimmering album of heartbreaking electro pop" and exclaimed that it is "pop music at its finest." Digital Spy found it "smart, adventurous, emotionally resonant and often very, very catchy" and called it "an absolute delight" and The Dolls "first of many terrific albums in a row", MusicOMH noticed that it is "chock-full of those trademark, otherworldy electro-synth songs" and concluded by calling it "an excellent album from a group who may have risen from a lot of people's 'guilty pleasure' to becoming full-on national treasures"., Slant Magazine hailed it as "one of the best pop albums of 2014" and said that The Dolls"are in a position where they can let the music do all the talking for them", NME praised the songs "No Spell", "Glitter & Gold" and "Make Me Or Break Me" and stated that although it is "not their best" effort, it is "more consistent than any British album released this year". Yahoo! Music said that it "barely steers too far from their recipe for success", but more or less praised the album, awarding it seven out of ten. The Observer gave it three out of five stars, but felt that The Dolls raised the bar so spectacularly that this album "suggests that Neavah Martinez's once-bottomless well of great ideas is running dry". The Guardian stated that "despite ear-catching touches nothing hits the spot like the Phil Spector-like song Glitter & Gold". The Independent described The Dolls output as "the musical equivalent of the lingering aftertaste of synthetic sweeteners", calling the album "meekly conformist pop.", The album appeared on Critic's Choice lists by Billboard contributors Keith Caulfield, Hazel Davis, and Mikael Wood.

Title: No Spell
Length: 4.04
Genre: Dance-Pop, Electo-Pop
Label: FREEDOM
Release Date: 10th February 2014
Written By: Lacy Brown, Laura Jackson
Produced By: Melva Griffin, Neavah Martinez
Sounds Like: The Saturdays - Ego

No Spell is the first track on the album and was the third single from the album

'No Spell is the fourth single by British girl group The Dolls but is the third to be lifted from there debut album 'Dollhouse', the song was written by two members of the band Lacy Brown and Laura Jackson the lyrics of the song are about the girls singing about a boy who has not be faithful and has cheated but that they are the ones that are laughing and have the look like I care attitude, the track is produced mixed and mastered by member Melva along with the help of there boss Neavah Martinez, the track has a total length of four minutes and four seconds and will be released and distributed by FREEDOM records on the 10th of February.

'No Spell' is an uptempo song, with a guitar-based melody that incorporates elements of electropop and synthpop, It also has "surging beats" and a "breathless chorus". No Spell is a classic The Dolls pop tune which is something were not used to hearing as their first two singles had a more R&B flavor to them , the lyrics show a more serious side to the group who don't use of auto-tuning on their vocals so the music sound pure and from the heart. The production was described as "hectic" yet "catchy", the song has big dance beats in it that will make you want to dance but also has more pop sections were there will be less room to dance but instead give a light and groovy feel to the song making it different from there other releases to date with there others being dance based thoughtout but this one has just small sections

The song starts with a small electo into before Melva's voice can be heard singing the first verse in a sutle and almost sweet way despite the lyrics being rather different to how she is singing, the beat then changes slightly as she stops singing after the beat has changed Elle's soulful voice can be heard singing the second verse however she sings the verse with a bit more aggression rather tHan how Melva sang the first verse with a sweetness, the beat then changes again to a more dance sound as the chours begins with Katie singing the first line with a soft and light husky tone to her voice e before all the girls harmonise a little section in the background, Lacy can then be heard singing the next line of the chorus in her very weak voice but this adds effect to the song, then again the girls sing a harmonised section this time adding an almost robot sound with the production, then Melva can be heard singing the further lines of the chorus with a bit more of an aggressive tone rather than her sweet tone from the first verse, the beat then changes again back to the electo beat from the first verse Lacy can then be heard over the beat singing the third verse of the song with a slightly cocky sound to her voice to emphasise what she is singing, then the beat changes again to the more dance beat from the previous chorus, the girls change up what lines they sing this time with Melva singing the first line of the chours instead of Katie who sang it in the first verse, Melva sings it once again with a soft and light tone before again the girls all sing a little harmonised section Elle can then be heard singing the second line of the chorus with her strong and powerful soulful tone shining through, then again a section with all the girls before Katie sings the remaining lines of the chours, then there is a small instrumental section before the beat then changes again to the electo beat as Katie sings the forth and final verse with her husky and scratchy tone that her voice has, the beat then switches again to the dance beat as this time Lacy sings the first line of the last chours before again all the girls do a hormonised section before Lacy sings the next line of chorus with her weak tone to her voice which is a trademark tone, then again the girls harmonise before Laura raps the final lines of the chours in a ghetto kind of way just to shake up the song and give it a bit of flavor.

The music video foe the song will be kept simple with little to no dance routine due to Melva's pregnancy scenes will inclues the girls jumping around in a field the girls in a garage and some basic shots with the girls simply in front of colored walls there is also apart were the girls act as if they are singing to a live audience, the music video will be released a few days after the song and will be released onto The Dolls VEVO channel the same day and will also be put onto the FREEDOM records website.

'No Spell' received mostly positive reviews from critics with, Carla Pearce of Female First mentioned that the single "Combines infectious synthesized riffs with a thumping beat to create a riot of a track that will no doubt become another smash hit."Nick Levine of Digital Spy award the song 3/5 stars describing the chorus as "catchy enough", UpdateTheBeat stated that "No Spell" was a "women-empowerment" and it has the potential to be a number-one single! They went onto say, "The heavy beat is the first thing to strike you, as the girls warble away chanting "No Spell, No Spell, go to hell" If I was to describe the song in one word it would have to be confident. Confident, CONFIDENT oh that was three..." They also went on to say that the girls have "clearly matured" and became more "willing to be more deep in their songs", he always stated the Melva stole the song with her powerful vocals. And finally stated that "No Spell" is definitely the stand out track on the album. DirrtyRemixes.com stated that the single is "amazing" and "just can't stop playing it!"According to a Metro publication, "No Spell" had a generally positive reaction from fans, Susana Novo Vásquez of The Huffington Post stated that "the indisputable team of Neavah Martinez/The Dolls have been the ones to set the trends over years for others to follow," adding that the song "continues down that path", Vásquez continued saying that the group returned into a moment where the "pop scene is dying" but thought that they were "doing it in a very intelligent way: by adopting some of the Mister_b electronic sound that is current right now, yet creating an intricate song structure", Robert Copsey of Digital Spy said that "like most The Dolls singles, a few listens are required to get our heads around it.", Copsey criticized the distorted vocals and the fact that "there probably won't be a full album of new tracks to accompany it," but admitted that "it sounds modern enough for today's charts without compromising their signature sound" and praised its "massive chorus.", Douglas Wolk of Pitchfork Media thought that the track "is a game approximation of the dolls year,", while BBC Music reviewer Ian Wade concluded that, "as its title suggests, No Spell is just that, a way to say don't take us lightly", Phill Udel of State said that, with the song, The Dolls "have managed to maintain the quality" prior to the release of Dollhouse and commented that "the other songs are nowhere near up to the same standard as this one.", Idolator blogger Sam Lansky commented that, for the fans, "No Spell" is a welcome relief to have an injection of fresh energy into the stagnant girl group scene, and concluded that, "given that this may be the group's final single for a good while they're certainly going out on a high note, with a track that feels quintessentially perfect for 2014.", Rebecca Twomey of Marie Claire said that the group is "on key with the current trend for pop music with their new song," while noting that they have "clearly taken inspiration from fellow pop artists".

All

I know you think you got the game
Playing' by the rules the same old same
But don't go counting' chickens just yet
Putting your eggs next to one another was a wrong move
Boy I'm coming, I got my groove
I'm gonna blow your house right down tonight

Look to the left, to the right, straight ahead and I'm there
I've just changed up the rules right now, not playing' fair
But you were never ever truthful when it came to you and I
I guess it would be easier if I had just said goodbye

This game is far from over it's just begun
[aha, aha, aha, aha, aha]
Who said it was gonna be you who got the fun
[aha, aha, aha, aha, aha]
Buckle up, get ready cause I'm gonna give you hell
[aha, aha, aha, aha, aha]
You never got me fallin', I ain't under no spell
[no spell, no spell, go to hell, no spell]

You bet I'd be a lonely girl on my own
Bet you pictured me crying' looking' at me phone
Don't make me laugh, you're only a fool
This crap has me ready for every word you're getting'
I can see it now baby boy you're backed up fretting'
I'm roaring for it all from you tonight

This game is far from over it's just begun
[aha, aha, aha, aha, aha]
Who said it was gonna be you who got the fun
[aha, aha, aha, aha, aha]
Buckle up, get ready cause I'm gonna get you hell
[aha, aha, aha, aha, aha]
You never got me falling', I ain't under no spell
[no spell, no spell, go to hell, no spell]

Makin' me chuckle over and out
Boy you be stupid, without a doubt
I'm crackin' the jokes and every joke is you
Played me hard boy I'ma give you your dues
War is now silly boy stand to attention
Better get ya gear on for your own protection

This game is far from over it's just begun
[aha, aha, aha, aha, aha]
Who said it was gonna be you who got the fun
[aha, aha, aha, aha, aha]
Buckle up, get ready cause I'm gonna get you

Title: The Way I Do
Length: 3:20
Genre: R&B, Hip Hop
Release Date: 17th March 2014
Label: FREEDOM
Written By: Melva Griffin, Lacy Brown, Laura Jackson and Chloe
Produced By: Melvin Griffin, Neavah Martinez

'The Way I Do' is the second track on the album and is the most urban track on the album

'The Way I Do' is the fifth single by british girl group The Dolls but is the forth to be taken from their debut album 'Dollhouse' which is expected to be released soon, the song was written by members Melva Griffin, Lacy Brown and Laura Jackson with Chloe writing her part of the song, the song was produced by member Melva Dixon along with their label boss Neavah Martinez, the song has a total length of three minutes and twenty seconds, the song is set for release on the 17th of March 2014 via FREEDOM records.

'The Way I Do' Is a mid-tempo hip-hop, pop, and R&B song. With an auto-tuned chorus, it samples the instrumentals and background vocals of Chloe, with the addition of additional bass, drum-loops, the song is a strong R&B track something that is not very common of The Dolls whom usually release Dance and/or Pop tunes.

The song starts with a simple R&B beat which only lasts for a few seconds before Melva's voice can be heard singing the first verse in her usual soft and sweet tone to het voice as Melva finishes singing the beat changes slightly to a more drum and bass sound and Lacy can be heard singing the first half of the second in a strong soulful tone but also gives it some attitude, after Lacy has finished singing the first half of the second verse the beat changes again becoming even more drum and bass like as Elle can be heard singing the second half of the second verse, in a soft tone again she also adds some attitude to the way she is singing after Elle finishes singing the beat once again changes to a more dance orientated urban sound as all the girls can be heard singing the first chorus of the song each adding their own individual tone to the chorus, after the girls stop signing the chorus the beat again changes back to the more drum and bass sound as Katie can be heard singing the first half of the third verse in a strong husky tone while also adding some attitude to her voice, after Katie has finished singing the beat changes again however this time instead of becoming a heavier drum and bass song it instead becomes a more of an almost folk like beat as Laura can be heard singing the second half of the third verse in a weak and light tone due to her being a weak singer, but she makes up for it with the attitude in her voice which is the strongest, after Laura has finished singing the beat then changes this time to the more heavier drum and bass song it is an instrumental for about ten seconds before Chloe can be heard rapping her section of the song Chloe's rapping is fast paced but manges to control and maintain it well showing her rapping skills to the maximum and boast a lot of attitude in her voice, the beat then changes again to the more dance orientated urban sound as the girls can be heard singing the second and final chorus to close the song again they each add their own individual style to the chorus after the finish singing the beat plays out for five seconds before the song ends.

The music video for the song will be kept simple due ti the pregnancy of member Melva, the video will see the girls in five different locations, Melva will be in a simple place with a piano, Katie will be in a street in London, Laura will be in the middle of a dessert Elle will be in a dance studio and Lacy will be in a club, the music video is expected to premiere a week after the single, the video will be uploaded to The Dolls official VEVO channel as well as youtube and it will also be put onto th FREEDOM records website after it's premiere.

Ron Slomowicz of About.com praised "The Way I Do " as a dance track unlike anything on the radio, comparing it to music by Magie and Chris BMarc Hogan of SPIN.com praised the song for its quality and sounding, while contrasting it with Chloe's song "The One", which was released at the same time, Hogan further writes that "The Dolls song really does keep building from beginning to end, starting with staccato pinpricks of synth and handclaps soon joined by thudding, slightly syncopated drum programming." The staff at Idolator.com writes "Unfortunately, it sounds to us as though The Dolls heart was missing from this one." They find that "their customary distance works against them in this one, and the result is a throwaway." Prefix's Andrew Winistorfer finds that the song "will not replace "No Spell" in anyone's mind when it comes to The Dolls." Bradley Stern of MuuMuse rated the song five out of five stars, lauding it as better than top 40 dance-pop songs. He writes "It’s that kind of fresh, it’s that kind of innovative: The lyrics, the melodies, the song structure, the delivery, the beats–there’s not one part of this song that contains even a single molecular flaw, A writer from Evention writes "“The Way I Do” is club music, The Dolls style... An icy Ibiza-sized anthem that’s just snatched the wig of every pop song released this year, without even sounding like it tried to... they sound too bored to seduce you, but too cool to care, and that’s just what makes them so darn enticing. Jim Tonze of The Guardian writes that "What’s striking about the track posted this month. The Way I Do, is how it involves elements of nearly everything we’ve talked about. It has the ravey club-banger aspect, it has the innovative yet commercialedge of early noughties R&B, and it has enough sadness in their vocals to draw in the indie crowd. Put simply, it’s the best-sounding identity crisis I’ve heard for a while' Sal Cinquemani of Slant Magazine positively reviewed "The Way I Do", deeming it a "sassy smash-in-the-making that should prove popular with fans of The Dolls and Chloe. Cinquemani went on to praise Chloe's rapping in the song's bridge, saying: "Chloe raps the verses in a nonchalant, dispassionate tone, as if she's dismissing the advances of a poor boy while simultaneously blowing on freshly painted fingernails". Allmusic's Andy Kellman said that "the snapping and swirling 'The Way I Do' is just as irresistible in its flippant playfulness as the previous single 'No Spell." Kellman elaborated: "The Girls scolds a hopeless suitor with such cutting nonchalance their basically swatting a fly, Doriah Lynskey from Blender said that "The Way I Do" is as coolly imperious as "No Spell". Lynskey positively described its lyrical conception saying that in the song The Dolls are "brushing away a would-be lover like dirt off their shoulders" While Daily Mirror reviewed the track saying it shows that The Dolls are no one-trick pony, further describing the song as "blending cute and clever mating rituals"

Your kiss, your smile
You're mine and its sunlight in my eyes
I miss, your breath
On my neck when we whisper in the night

Didn't wanna want you
Didn't wanna need you so bad
Didn't wanna wake up
To find that i
was falling so fast
Didn't wanna need you
Didn't wanna need anyone
Now look what you've done

And i can't go on without you
I can't make it, i can't fake it
And i'm not that strong without you
Never thought i could love you
The way i do

Your touch, your skin
Can't believe the way you let me in
Don't rush tonight
I need you like the ocean needs the tide

Didn't wanna want you
Didn't wanna need you so bad
Didn't wanna wake up
To find that i
was falling so fast
Didn't wanna need you
Didn't wanna need anyone
Now look what you've done

That chronic, that powder, baby you're above it all
That natural high, even if I'd crash, you're worth the fall
Oxy's, PhP mix it with that ecstasy
But boy you can do, so much more to me
With the blink of an eye, you can make sweat
That voice of an angel, like a string quartet
You got me droppin to my knees, feeling so weak
I'm needing my fix, and you're what I seek
Nicotine, alcohol, cocaine, baby you got that addictive strain
Playing with my head, you're driving me insane
Pouring my love, right down the drain
But never would I ever, say your name in vein

And i can't go on without you
I can't make it, i can't fake it
And i'm not that strong without you
Never thought i could love you
The way i do

Title: Long Live
Length: 3.08
Genres: Dance-Pop, Electo-R&B
Written By: Elle Mills, Katie Stephenson
Produced By: Melva Griffin

Long Live is the third track on the album and is also one of the most infections, the song was written by The Dolls members Elle and Katie, the song is about music never dying, the song exactly like there other songs was produced by member Melva, but until other songs this one is produced solely by Melva with no extra producers.

The songs starts with an infectious dance beat as Melva comes in singing over the top in her cute soft tone, as she continues to sing the other girls start to hum in the background as Melva get half through the first verse the neat changes and becomes more of a disco beat as Melva changes key singing at a higher key just before finishing her verse, after she finishing singing the beat changes once again to a more heavy almost trance beat as all the girls sing the first chorus, blending there voices together so it almost sounds like just once person is singing, as they get half way through the first chorus Melva adds in a few harmonies by singing again in a higher key to the other girls, as they stop singing the chorus the beat once again dies down and returns to the previous dance beat as Elle begins to sing the second verse, Elle usually sings in a strong and soulful tone but for this song Elle sings in a softer more sutle tone as she gets half way through her vocals become more harsh as her attitude comes from in her voice as she finishes singing the second verse the beat once again returns to the trance like beat as all the girls sing the first half of the second chorus again blending their vocals so it sound like just one person, suddenly the music just stops so it's completely silent after a few seconds Lacy can be heard speaking a small section, before the beat crashing back in as the girls carry on singing the rest of the chorus this time towards the end Elle adds a lower range harmony and Melva again a higher range harmony, the song then plays out of 5 seconds before the song ends.

All

I've had my darker times, I let the demons in
Knowing all along I couldn't let the evil win
But life has a funny way of turning things around
And music holds the key to lift me from the ground
Now I've got so many good things in my world
I wouldn't trade a thing to keep being your girl
So give me a melody and my spirit starts to rise
Making me want to shout my feelings to the skies

Long live the music
It's always inside of me helping me find release
Long live the music
It's given me everything, a reason for me to sing
Long live the music
It hits me from anywhere, I'm left without a care
Long live the music
I have all I could ever want as long as music's there

Long live the music
Long live the music
Long live the music
LONG LIVE THE MUSIC!

I've had moments I wanted to throw it all away
But something inside told me to hold out one more day
Now I'm glad that I gave myself another chance
'Cause I've got a life and love that make me want to dance
And I'm ready to take on the world with this beat
Make you feel like I feel, how music makes me complete
So cue the piano, the synths and the drums
And hail the music again and again until you're overcome

Long live the music
It's always inside of me helping me find release
Long live the music
It's given me everything, a reason for me to sing
Long live the music
It hits me from anywhere, I'm left without a care
Long live the music
I have all I could ever want as long as music's there

Where would I be if the music weren't in me?

Long live the music
Long live the music
Long live the music
LONG LIVE THE MUSIC!

Long live the music
It's always inside of me helping me find release
Long live the music
It's given me everything, a reason for me to sing
Long live the music
It hits me from anywhere, I'm left without a care
Long live the music
I have all I could ever want as long as music's there

Title: Glitter & Gold
Length 3.47
Genre: Pop, Soul, Motown
Written By: Melva Griffin, Lacy Brown, Elle Mills
Produced By: Melva Griffin, Neavah Martinez

'Glitter & Gold is the forth track on the album and is the most unique tracks on the album possessing a very sixties feel with strong Soul and Motown influences, the song covers the topic of girls always being there for each other

The song starts with a small opening instrumental with is reminiscent of that Motown sixties, after the instrumental has finished Melva's voice can be heard singing the first verse of the song, with a very quiet and sutle tone to her voice as if she was almost whispering to the other girls, after Melva finishes singing, the beat changes slightly becoming a little more almost rock like as Lacy's voice can be heard singing the second verse, Lacy sings this verse the complete opposite to how Melva had done in the first verse, Lacy added much more fire and power in her voice and a lot of attitude, after Lacy ends the seconds verse the beat again changes but more drastically this time to more of a jazz/swing sound as the girls sing the first chorus of the song they sing as if they are about to go out and forget their troubles, after they finish singing the first chorus the beat changes once again again back to the heavily influenced Motown sounding beat, Katie then begins to sing the third verse of the song similar to the way Melva did in the first verse only not as quiet as Melva did, Katie also had a happy tone to her voice as she was singing the verse, after Katie finishes singing the beat again changes as it did in verse two to the more aggressive almost rock sound as Elle can be heard singing the forth verse again similar to Lacy but Elle has a lot more attitude and more swag than Lacy could ever pull of Elle vocals were almost intimidating as she finished singing her verse of the song, after she does finish the beat changes back to the way it did in the first chorus with a more swing/jazz feel as the girls sing the second chorus again singing with a lot of confidence and enthusiasm in their vocals they almost sang this verse with a lot stronger vocals, after they finish singing the chorus, the beat changes once again back to the Motown sound as Laura can be heard speaking the last verse of the song, she speaks with attitude, confidence and power almost coming off slightly aggressive, after Laura stops the beat then goes back to the jazz and swing sound as the girls sing the third chorus of the song the same way the had done the first and second chorus after they finish singing they sing the chorus again but this time instead of singing they chant it out, after they finish the last chrous the beat plays put of ten seconds before the song ends.

All

Girl, I know you’re hurting
You feel like you’re not worth it
That ain’t right, no
And girl, I need you to know
You’re sexy and you’re fun
Some day you will find the one
And it’ll be right, yeah
You just gotta keep the faith there

When your love life gets you down
And you feel all turned around
I’ll answer the phone when you call
When you’re feeling all alone
Don’t just sit around at home
Hit the town and just let go of it all

(Decked out in glitter and gold)
We’re gonna take the night and make it our own
Forget the stress as we get lost in the zone
(Decked out in glitter and gold)
We’re gonna dance like we ain’t ever danced before
Get up, Ms. Lonely, dance ‘til you’re not lonely anymore

Decked out in glitter and gold
Glitter and gold
Decked out in glitter and gold
Glitter and gold

Girl, I can tell it’s working
This escape, you know you deserve it
You’re alright, yeah
You’re allowed to just not care
Acting crazy, feeling young
Never stopping ‘til the sun
It ain’t right, no
To quit before it’s time to go

When the bass line elevates
Enjoy the vibes that we create
And bask in all that positive energy
Feel the music in your soul
Dial down your self-control
Feel the joy in running wild and free

(Decked out in glitter and gold)
We’re gonna take the night and make it our own
Forget the stress as we get lost in the zone
(Decked out in glitter and gold)
We’re gonna dance like we ain’t ever danced before
Get up, Ms. Lonely, dance ‘til you’re not lonely anymore

Decked out in glitter and gold
Glitter and gold
Decked out in glitter and gold
Glitter and gold

No stress, no tears
The heartache disappears
Once you’ve learned to ease your mind
The right man will someday
Meet you and be blown away
‘Cause girl you know you’re one of a kind

(Decked out in glitter and gold)
We’re gonna take the night and make it our own
Forget the stress as we get lost in the zone
(Decked out in glitter and gold)
We’re gonna dance like we ain’t ever danced before
Get up, Ms. Lonely, dance ‘til you’re not lonely anymore

(Decked out in glitter and gold)
We’re gonna take the night and make it our own
Forget the stress as we get lost in the zone
(Decked out in glitter and gold)
We’re gonna dance like we ain’t ever danced before

Title: Hearts Rain Down
Length: 3.13
Genre: Pop, Reggae Fusion
Written By: Lacy Brown, Elle Mills
Produced By: Melva Griffin, Neavah Martinez

'Hearts Rain Down' is the fifth track on the album, and sees the girls explore the reggae genre with a reggae fused pop song, the song was seen as one of the more original and unique tracks on the entire album.

The song stars with a full out reggae introduction before Elle can be heard singing the first verse with a false Jamaican accent which Elle can pull of with ease seeing as she is Afro-British, as she sings she adds in typical traits of reggae music adding a very serious tone to her voice and also some aggression after Elle finishes signing there is a little reggae dance instrumental section which last for about twenty seconds before Melva can be heard singing the second verse, but insted of a Jamaican accent Melva sings with a Mexican accent, again due to her being Mexican-British, Melva however adds no aggression to her vocals instead she ops for a soft and sulty tone to her vocals to add to the vibe of the song, after Melva finishs singing her verse again the music picks back up again to a more dance/reggae beat as the girls begin to sing the first chorus of the song with each girl using there respective accents so Melva was Mexican, Elle was Jamaican, Lacy sung in a Thai accent, and Katie and Laura sang in the usual British accents, after the girls finished singing the chours, the beat died down again to a more sutle reggae beat as Katie and Laura sang a word at a time of the bridge section with the regular vocals, after they came to the end of the bridge section, Elle's voice could once again be heard as she began to sing the third verse of the song again in a Jamaican accent but this time she added just that little more power, aggression and enthusiasm in to her voice as she was singing, she also added a slight swag to her vocals, after Elle finished singing the beat changes slightly and becomes more soft and light as Melva's voice can be heard again, singing again with her Mexican accent but Melva changes up for this verse as she begins to sing the music becomes more powerful and loud as Melva sings with the most enthusiastic and powerful voice she could she was singing so powerful she could be a massive ballad singer, after Melva finishes singing her last verse, the beat again changes to the more dance/reggae sound like the previous chorus as the girls sing the second and final chorus but this time the sing with a lot more fire and power that they didn't sing the chrous with the girls still keep there accents as the music once again dies down and stops as Laura and Katie are heard now singing the bridge again one word each at a time singing it in acapella, after they finish the song ends

If love were money I’d be worth my weight in gold
I’ve got so much love to give it’s more than I can hold
Forget the dollars ‘cause the riches mean nothing
It’s not the money that’s been making my heart sing

All around the world the high life is so glam
But keep your fancy cars ‘cause I don’t give a damn
Take back that mink stole, it doesn’t fit me right
‘Cause it’s your love I wanna wrap myself up in tonight

What happens in Vegas is fine and grand
But I’m not a winner unless we’re holding hands
You can throw your gold around all over town
To win my love you gotta make some hearts rain down
What happens in Vegas is fine and grand
But I’m not a winner unless we’re holding hands
You can throw your gold around all over town
To win my love you gotta make some hearts rain down

Make some hearts rain dooooooooown
Make some hearts rain, make some hearts rain
Make some hearts rain dooooooooown
Make some hearts rain down

If love were poker then you’d be my royal flush
‘Cause you’re my winning hand and I live for the rush
Of high emotion when the game is nearly done
Just as long as I’m the prize you claim once you’ve won

Love is a gamble but I want your guarantee
That when the chips are down you’ll run away with me
I don’t care for casinos so if your love is true
Then you can keep your winnings just as long as I win you

What happens in Vegas is fine and grand
But I’m not a winner unless we’re holding hands
You can throw your gold around all over town
To win my love you gotta make some hearts rain down
What happens in Vegas is fine and grand
But I’m not a winner unless we’re holding hands
You can throw your gold around all over town
To win my love you gotta make some hearts rain down

Make some hearts rain dooooooooown
Make some hearts rain, make some hearts rain
Make some hearts rain dooooooooown
Make some hearts rain down

Title: Wild Ones(Friday Night)
Length: 3.45
Label: Ocean Records
Written By: Julian Morello
Produced By: Julian Morello, Melva Dixon

'Wild Ones (Friday Night)' is the sixth track on the album and was released as the albums second single, this song returns the album to it's dance roots

Wild Ones(Friday Night) is the second single from British girl group the dolls, the song is the second to be taken from there debut studio album which is entitled Dollhouse and will be out in the summer of next year, the song was written by Jullian Morello who wrote the song for the girls after they heard rumors he was a great songwriter Jullian also produced the track along with memeber Melva. The song will be out October 11th this sing also marks their first release with Ocean Records since signing with them in late August.

The song starts with a simple drum beat, Laura then begins to rap the opening bridge before all the girls sing the second bridge,Melva then sings the first verse showing off her very soulful voice which shocked the other girls, the girls then sing the chorus together, the beat then picks up becoming more of a dubstep.sound. Before the second verse is then sung by Katie who's raspy vocals give her a very unique sound. The girls then all sing the second chorus before Laura and Lacy both each do small individual rap sections before the beat then changes again as the girls sing the final bridge and chorus.

The music video for the song was shot on the 1st of October in the video the girls persona's come out with Melva portraying the baby dolls due to her being the youngest memeber of the group Laura, classy dolls due to her being posh hip hop doll Katie sexy doll due to her being the typical hot blonde but with a gangster edge Lacy represents freaky dolls in the video due to her weird attitude and Elle represents sassy doll due to her odd and flamboyant fashion sense. The music video was directed by Ariemese Smith who is better know as Coke, the video will have the girls in five different settings one for each girl, Melva in the city, Laura in the countryside, Katie in the club, Lacy in a plain room and Elle in a dance studio.

The girls asked Jullian to write them a party track the reason they wanted a party song was because they wanted there fans to get up and move, but they also wanted to dance up the music industry as there are a lot of urban or hip hop acts dominating the charts recently and they want to show that they should not be taken lightly and are here to stay.

A remix for the song will be released on the 27th of October and will feature rap princess Sonyae

Come one, come all, gather around
It’s Friday night and the beat will be found
If the club is jumping
Then that’s where you’ll find me
Breaking free of the shackles that bind me
This is what it’s all about
Lose yourself
Scream and shout!
Move to the beat
Let it all out!

Yeah, they’ll find me in club tonight
Shining like a neon light
We’re the wild ones
Dancing on tables
Talking to strangers
Telling stories and fables

I dunno what’s happening anymore
But I damn sure feel good
Tonight we’ll just let the drinks flow
Tonight we’ll party like you know we would
We’re the wild ones, friday night
Partying hard until the morning light
Pour the drinks
We’re having fun
Drinking until we see the morning sun

Take in the scene
Strangers falling in love
Body’s moving to the beat
Strangers dancing
Oooooh, bring your body close to mine
Late night romancing
I want it all in one single night
I wanna feel your body close, oh so tight

Yeah this is where you’ll find me
Breaking free of the shackles that bind me
Let the shots flow freely

Boy, I love you dearly
So let’s make this night last forever
Souls entwined, always together

I dunno what’s happening anymore
But I damn sure feel good
Tonight we’ll just let the drinks flow
Tonight we’ll party like you know we would
We’re the wild ones, friday night
Partying hard until the morning light
Pour the drinks
We’re having fun
Drinking until we see the morning sun

Title: Make Me Or Break Me
Length: 3.39
Genres: Electo-Pop, Dance-Pop
Written By: Elle Mills, Melva Griffin
Produced By: Melva Dixon, Neavah Martinez

'Make Me Or Break Me' is the seventh track on the album and is one of the most uplifting tracks on the album.

The song starts with an 10 second intro before Melva can be heard singing the first verse over a piano at first but that changes half way through to a dance beat as she is singing she sings with a soft and sutle tone almost as if she is crying,as she finishes singing the music stops suddenly but quickly comes back in again slightly more aggressive and heavy as the girls all sing the first chorus of the song, after they finish singing the chorus the beat again goes back to the piano as Lacy can be heard singing the second verse again half way though the piano beat changes to a dance beat Lacy sings with the same way Melvs had done in the first verse, the music once again stops as Lacy finishes singing before again coming back in quickly as the girls sing the second chorus towards the end of this chrous the beat however becomes more dubstep like, before again the piano returns quickly before the dance beat comes back in again as the girls sing, the chorus again this time with more aggression, after this Laura can be heard singing the third verse with her weak vocals, as she is singing however there is no piano instead it is a dance beat the whole way through, after Laura finishes singing the beat again stops but comes back in again as the girls sing the chorus for a final time with a lot of sadness in the vocals.

Boy what the hell you think you’re doing
You’re messing with my head, with my head
What’s the point you’re meant to be proving?
You should be helping me instead, me instead

You could make me or break me
I hope you’re here to make something good
Boy you could kill me or save me
I’m dying here baby, save me, I wish you would

Make me, make me
Boy I’m feeling so much desire
Break me, break me
Don’t toss me into the fire
Make me, make me
Boy I’m feeling so much desire
Break me, break me
Don’t toss me into the fire

Cause I’m all caught up in you baby
The way you do your thing is making me crazy
You already know that you’re amazing
Boy don’t you get what I’ve been saying?

You could make me or break me
I hope you’re here to make something good
Boy you could kill me or save me
I’m dying here baby, save me, I wish you would

Make me, make me
Boy I’m feeling so much desire
Break me, break me
Don’t toss me into the fire
Make me, make me
Boy I’m feeling so much desire
Break me, break me
Don’t toss me into the fire

What’s with the games that you’ve been playing?
I think I have a right to know, right to know
You’ve lit my fuse so now there’s no time for delaying
I’m a bomb and I’m about to blow, ‘bout to blow

You could make me or break me
I hope you’re here to make something good
Boy you could kill me or save me
I’m dying here baby, save me, I wish you would

Make me, make me
Boy I’m feeling so much desire
Break me, break me
Don’t toss me into the fire
Make me, make me
Boy I’m feeling so much desire
Break me, break me
Don’t toss me into the fire

Title: Candy Crush
Length: 3: 38
Genre: R&B, Soul
Written By: Melva Griffin, Lacy Brown
Produced By: Melva Griffin, Neavah Martinez

'Candy Crush' is the eighth track on the album, it is a R&B/soul track that last for three minutes and thirty-eight seconds, the track is about a love for a guy.

The song starts with a twenty intro before Melva's voice can be heard singing the first verse with a sweet and loveable tone to her voice, clearly singing as if she was singing to her husband Sammy, after Melva finishes singing the first verse, the beat changes for the first time in the song changing to a more bluesy sound as Lacy can be heard singing the first bridge section of the song with a soft and kind of sexual tone to her voice singing with a lot of love in her voice, after Lacy finishes singing the bridge the beat changes again to a more urban beat as all the girls sing the chours they sing with a lot of love in the vocals as the song is about expressing their love for their man, after the girls finish the chours the beat then changes again back to the more soul sound that was present in the first verse, as Katie can be heard singing the second with a husky and sexy tone to her voice to again express the lyrics that she is singing, after Katie finishes singing the second verse, the beat again changes back to the bluesy beat that was present in the first bridge section, Laura can then be heard singing the second bridge in her weak voice, but her loveable emotion makes up for her lack of singing ability, after Laura finishes singing the second bridge the beat once again to the more urban beat that is present in the first chorus as all the girls all begin to sing the second chrous, this time however they sing relatively in the same way but Melva adds a few rifts and little tricks to show of her vocal range, after the girls finish singing the second chorus, the beat changes back to the soul sound of the first and second verse as Elle can be heard singing the third and final verse, Elle sings with a gangsta love sort of attitude giving the song it's edgy more urban sound, after Elle finishes her verse, the girls then sing the chours twice in the same way the did before with again Melva adding in a few extra parts, while they are singing the beat again changes to the more bluesy beat of the first two choruses of the song.

Can I call you Candyman?
‘Cause you’re feeding my sweet tooth right
Can I be your sugar plum, baby?
‘Cause I’m craving a taste of you tonight
You can be my lollipop
‘Cause I wanna lick you all over, boy
With a pretty cherry on top
‘Cause I want you all to myself to enjoy

Baby let me into your candy store
I’ve had a bite but I want so much more

You’re my candy crush, sugar rush
Just one taste, can’t get enough
I need that sticky sweet right now baby
You’re my candy crush, sugar rush
Just one taste, can’t get enough
I can’t describe how I hunger for you lately

Do you wanna be my icing?
‘Cause I know you want all over this cake
I know you wanna lick the spoon
But who cares at the mess we could make
You’re my confectionary delight
I’ve never met a man who tasted so sweet
We can set it off tonight
‘Cause boy you look good enough to eat

Baby come into my candy store
I’ve given you a taste, I can give you more

You’re my candy crush, sugar rush
Just one taste, can’t get enough
I need that sticky sweet right now baby
You’re my candy crush, sugar rush
Just one taste, can’t get enough
I can’t describe how I hunger for you lately

Chocolate kisses, vanilla and cream
Baby you’re my tastiest dream
Candy-coat your love, make me scream
Pour some sugar on me, you know what I mean

You’re my candy crush, sugar rush
Just one taste, can’t get enough
I need that sticky sweet right now baby
You’re my candy crush, sugar rush
Just one taste, can’t get enough
I can’t describe how I hunger for you lately

You’re my candy crush, sugar rush
Just one taste, can’t get enough
I need that sticky sweet right now baby
You’re my candy crush, sugar rush
Just one taste, can’t get enough
I can’t describe how I hunger for you lately

Title: The Great Escape
Length: 3.40
Genre: R&B, Pop
Written By: Melva Griffin, Lacy Brown
Produced By: Melva Griffin, Neavah Martinez

'The Great Escape, is the ninth track on the album and is an infection Electo-Pop, Electo-R&B track that was written by Members Melva Griffin and Lacy Brown, the song is about escaping from love

All

Don’t cha just feel like you’re set to overload
Left the pressure cooker on, you’re about to explode
And everyone’s been grating on you so bad
That you wonder at what moment did the world go mad
Your head can’t take any more of this bullshit
Wanna throw your hands up, scream ‘to hell with this’
When you’ve had more than you can take
It’s time to make the great escape

Turn off your phone, delete all of your messages
Grab your keys, don’t tell anyone you’re leaving
Pack a bag, clear your bank account and drive
To nowhere in particular, just glad to be alive

Oh, don’t bother trying to find me
I feel so much better being free
I’m sorry to have left you in my wake
But I needed to make a great escape

Find a cute hitch hiker on the edge of the highway
Leave your better judgment at the door as you drive away
With your new fling sitting on your passenger side
You can kick the seat back as you’re enjoying the ride
Make some new best friends wherever you are
Have a real good time dancing underneath the stars
And forget wherever it was you’ve come from
It’s your great escape, it’s your time to run

Oh, don’t bother trying to find me
I feel so much better being free
I’m sorry to have left you in my wake
But I needed to make a great escape
Oh, don’t tell me I’m being stupid
I’m feeling like I really had to do this
You can’t convince me I made a mistake
No way, no how, this is my great escape

In the morning I’ll be somewhere different
To start a new life away from the mess I left
I’ve got a right to be where I want to be
I’m not doing this for you, I did it for me

Oh, don’t bother trying to find me
I feel so much better being free
I’m sorry to have left you in my wake
But I needed to make a great escape

Oh, don’t bother trying to find me
I feel so much better being free
I’m sorry to have left you in my wake
But I needed to make a great escape
Oh, don’t tell me I’m being stupid
I’m feeling like I really had to do this
You can’t convince me I made a mistake
No way, no how, this is my great escape

Title: Eyes On Me
Length: 4.20
Genre: Electo-R&B, Dance-Pop, Electo-Pop
Written By: Melva Griffin
Produced By: Neavah Martinez

'Eyes On Me' is the tenth track on the album and is also one of the largest tracks on the album, the song was written solely by member Melva Griffin, and production of the song was handled solely by FREEDOM owner Neavah Martinez, the song is about trying to grabs a guy's attention.

the song starts with a small dance beat into before Melva can be heard singing the first verse, she sings with a very unconvincing angry tone to her voice because the lyrics to the song are the polar opposite to how Melva's life is currently but she still adds a sense of her usual soft and sweet tone, while Melva is singing the beat behind her vocals changes and beats a little bit more uptempo and dance like just before Melva finishes singing, after Melva has stopped singing the dance be remains as Laura can be heard rapping a very short and small section of the song rapping with a sweet almost cocky tone to her voice to emphasise the lyrics she is rapping, after Laura ends her little rap section, the beat once again dies down to a slow tempo slightly as Lacy can be heard singing the bridge of the song, Lacy sings with her soulful vocals but also adds some emotions to her vocals to again get cross the words that she is singing, after Lacy has finished singing the first bridge, the beat picks up again considerably to a more dance like beat as all the girls sing the first chorus but until in a few of the previous song on the album the girls do not blend there vocals so it sounds like only one person is singing instead they just sing normally so each girl can be heard in the chours, after they all finishes singing the first chorus the beat dies down again and becomes slower as Katie can be heard singing the second verse, she sings with with her usual raspy and husky tone to her voice but adds some emotion to her her voice after Katie has finished singing the beat picks up again slightly as Laura can once again be heard however this time she is rapping the bridge section that that Lacy earlier sang, she raps with a lot of fire and aggression in her rap, to emphasise the lyrics, after Laura ends her rap, the beat picks up again as the girls all sing the second chorus much in the same way they had the first chorus except this chorus had more emotion put into by the girls vocals, after they finish singing the second chrous the beat once again slows down as Elle can be heard singing the third verse of the song she sings with a lot of sadness in her vocals but also a lot of swag which is typical of Elle's vocals, after Elle finishes singing once again the beat picks up again as again Laura can be heard rapping the bridge section again this time she raps as if she is desperately trying to put the lyrics across to a guy, after she finishes her rap the beat again picks up to a more heavier beat as the girls sing the chorus one last time this chorus the sings with a lot of of attitude in their vocals after they finish singing the chorus the beat plays for ten seconds before they song ends

Boy pay attention
Let me read you like an open book
And should I mention
Here is where I’m wanting you to look
‘Cause I put on this dress for you
Did my hair and my nails
What the hell am I supposed to do
When all else fails?

I’ve dropped a hundred signals and signs
But you keep missing them every time

Ooooooh, what’s a girl to do to get her man?
When he’s too oblivious to follow the plan
Yeaaaaah, right here is where I want you to be
So I’m gonna make sure your eyes are on me

Gonna strut in the place, set the walls ablaze
‘Cause you keep missing what’s staring you in the face
I want cha, and you feel the heat from me don’t cha
I’mma get a little explosive, I’m gonna be all you see
You’re gonna keep your eyes on me
Gonna strut in the place, set the walls ablaze
‘Cause you keep missing what’s staring you in the face
I want cha, and you feel the heat from me don’t cha
I’mma get a little explosive, I’m gonna be all you see
You’re gonna keep your eyes on me

Boy I ain’t playing
Gotta let you know you’ve been missing out
I’m tired of waiting
And I’m getting ready to scream and shout
‘Cause I did myself up right for you
Wore my favourite heels
All I want boy, is one night with you
So tell me what’s the deal?

Don’t be fancy, let’s get dancing
If you want a hit from my romancing
Don’t you drop it, let’s get it popping
If you want more I’m not gonna stop it
Don’t be fancy, let’s get dancing
If you want a hit from my romancing
Don’t you drop it, let’s get it popping
If you want more I’m not gonna stop it

Ooooooh, what’s a girl to do to get her man?
When he’s too oblivious to follow the plan
Yeaaaaah, right here is where I want you to be
