"I'm not. I fuckin hate school. It's like my town. Absolutely shite. I can't wait to stop, and I'm just glad I can sing, know?" She laughs a little at herself. "Mint? It's funny, everyone's allowed to like what they want. But you're wrong. Mint should be polos and chewing gum and fuck all else."

"Because everyone there's an absolute wanker. Why the hell do I want to know how to do maths when I can play a fucking guitar and sing? It's all bullshit mate." It was the first thing they had basically agreed on since Daisy arrived. "To be honest if they haven't got fucking Irn Bru....I'll just have like Strawberry or somethin like that. Whatever." She shrugs and stands back a bit.

"You are allowed to fucking smile, disphit," she says,a little more friendly than before at least.

"It's sick? Is that good in America? It must be I mean I did get two number ones with the same song," she says, not even ashamed of the fact that she's quite a bit of a brag about her own success. "Thanks," she smiles when he says he'll buy her ice cream.

"I've never heard you play. Do you play guitar in that song about fucking a bitch or whatever it was called?" she asked. "It'll probably fucking rain in a minute. I always expect it to rain around Scotland. I expect this place is the same."

"Yeah just me and my guitar since the only things my pals can play is the fucking Playstation," she jokes. "Are you any good then, mate?" She looks around. "We getting a table? Or just walking about and that?"

"You're good at what, guitar or PlayStation?" she teases. "I never play those games. I always preferred getting wasted and thst rather than playing games."

She smiles at him; "No we can sit here," she says, sitting down when he pulls out the seat for her.

"Guitar good is good, playstation good is geeky and shite," she says, rolling her eyes. She was starting to like him more, but Daisy was never going to give anyone an easy ride at all.

She sits and shrugs at him. "I like this seat a bit better. What can I say?" She sighs. "I thought frozen yoghurt was a different thing to ice cream?"

"I'm more of a nothing box kinda lassie. I've got too much to be gettin on wi to piss about wi games and that. I only even got twitter like a week ago. Busy cunt eh?" she takes a spoon of her ice cream. "Awright then, I believe you."

Daisy raises her eyebrows and looks at him when he talks about his X-box. "Aye....you two must be well cool, mate...." she says sarcastically. She shrugs when he talks about Twitter. "I've got real folk to talk to. I couldnae care what somebody in the other side of the world wants to say to me. It's aw shite, anyway."

"Poor bastard. Sounds like a right sad case of a cunt. Ah well, maybe some day he'll grow up and that, but." She takes a scoop of her ice cream and shrugs. "Couldnae gie a fuck, mate. What do they want to hear from me for? I'm hardly going to tell them anything exciting."
